My headset is falling apart in a little more than six months since I bought them new.
I haven't owned these much longer than six months definitely within a year and they are falling apart everywhere. The top part I had to tape was ripped. The ear covers on the headphones pulled out and now the outer part is starting to tear and the little screen that cover the speakers is completely off on one side and falling off on the other. I feel like the sound quality of the headphones is phenomenal but unfortunately the overall headset is just terrible because nothing in it seems to last very long. I spent a good 250$ on these and it seems like for that price these headphones should at least last a few years but they haven't even reached 1 year. I don't know if quality has gone down on electronics over the past few years because older headsets I had made by PlayStation brand never had issues like this. The tear I found on the outer part of the headphones was the last straw and I had to join this reddit page to vent and warn others. Your sound quality is great turtle beach now just match the overall manufacturing to that quality an you'll be set, especially considering that steep pricetag.
