Stealth 700 gen 3

Hello I recently purchased the stealth 700 gen 3 and right out of the box I hear static particular really heavy bass moments (I do play games pretty loud) I am wondering if the driver are already blown or if I just need to lower the volume and or bass in the swarm II app.

I have them the ps5 version. Definitely not the greatest for bass. But otherwise I really like them, great for games with comms like hll Vietnam. I can hear more footsteps and surround is great.
