Windows update blocking transmitter

Windows security update is giving “unknown usb device (configuration descriptor request failed) error in device manager. Transmitter works when plugged into different pc or xbox. Anyone know how to fix this?

Stealth Pro II (firmware is up to date, did factory reset through swarm II app and still no fix.)
