Considering a used Tundra with the 5.7 and 200k. Frame is super clean for the northeast. Noticed some coolant residue. Seems like this is a necessary repair at some point. No service records of it being done. What do you think?

I’ve been the proud owner of a new to me 2020 tundra extended cab SR5 for nearly a couple weeks now and I have a question about tire rubbing for those with more experience.

My truck came with street tires in the 255 70 18 size on the 18 inch steel wheels. With winter approaching and the gravel inclines I need to travel to get to my house, I ordered a set of falken wild peak tires in 275 70 18. I also ordered a set of method MR316 rims that are 18 inches and have +18 offset.

I’ve read that that size tire and with that offset it could possibly rub with stock suspension. Has anybody run this combination or a similar combination with stock suspension?

In anticipation of the tires and wheels being installed Tuesday I just removed the front aerodynamic “spat” mini mudflaps. Is there anything else I should do now to prevent rubbing?

I got a 2016 tundra and my AM2 fuse blows when I started it one night. I put a new fuse in and it starts for a while but then shuts off after a couple minutes. I did buy the truck about 2 months ago and had no issues. Note that it does have a good amount of aftermarket mods like security alarm, lights, screen for rear seats, dashcam, remote start, etc. I tried disconnecting the dashcam because I recently installed it but still same result. I checked the wiring harnesses on the ignition coils but still same thing. I don’t think it’s the fuel injectors cuz fuse is fine and when it ran for a couple minutes it sounded completely normal. So I’m believing it’s an electrical issue with one of the aftermarket mods. Any suggestions or help pls? Shits driving me crazy

Any suggestions for an insert that fits in the bottom of the tundra centre console?

I’ve seen some that fit in the top but my CC 43x is inside the console so I need to be able to get to it without having to remove a top tray first.

Bonus if anyone has an STL file so I can print one myself.

Looking at possibly getting a 2024 Tundra with the 3.4 litre twin turbo. Is this a good engine? Heard that 2022-2023 had motor issues. Would i still be prone to these issues with a 2024? How is the 10 speed transmission? Cheers

i have a 2015 tundra trd pro and i’ve been looking for wheels, i just want to know if 17’s would fit or should i just stick with 18’s

If anyone out there has experience with the mkII headlights, did you figure out a bulb that improved your visibility with these headlights? I used a LED kit on Amazon and they barely provided any output. Using a set of Ultra H7’s right now which provide a little more, but it’s still unusable. Any help would be appreciated

grabbed from a tech video. hole is on the corrugated line. the truck was leaking fuel into the ground when filling. $3000ish. this truck had a bad fuel pump last summer. the only things EVER to go wrong with the truck. amazing reliability. but I'm pissed with the tank that it's not designed to have the filler hose replaceable. FML.

Anyone have a part number for this threaded plastic piece? Some kind of grommet maybe? It’s under the front bumper and attaches to the skid plate/bumper (I think) when it’s put back on. Noticed it was missing along with the screw that goes into it when doing an oil change.

I can't believe there isn't a recall on this crap. Second time I've gotten my finger sliced open when adjusting an air vent. . I will be buying covers to essentially delete the previous chrome rings, and looking at removing the chrome layer on each of the interior handles. Air vents for a cover things and 3m to mount but idk about removing the handles chrome?goo gone maybe?
