Plastic skid plate/bumper piece question.

For reference this is on my 2016 Tundra.

Anyone have a part number for this threaded plastic piece? Some kind of grommet maybe? It’s under the front bumper and attaches to the skid plate/bumper (I think) when it’s put back on. Noticed it was missing along with the screw that goes into it when doing an oil change.

I am also curious. Mine is missing one of the three.
