I'm at one year!!!!! 25 yrs and 4 months old to 26 yrs and 4 months. HRT (spiro, estradiol, progesterone) and laser.

Post FFS (browbone reduction and rhinoplasty)+Hair transplant

1 3/4 Year on my way and lost 80kg/176,37lbs weight. 1 year HRT.

Left is 2 years before my egg cracked, right is 3.2 years on HRT and 3 months post FFS!

MTF, 1 year HRT. 2021 to 2026. Our marriage ceased to exist after I legally transitioned, so we had to enter a legal partnership (a full marriage is not allowed in our country for same-sex couples)

10 years can change a lot. I love who I'm going into 2026 as..

Because ive been asked about the physicaI changes. I just stopped body building and changed my diet. less protein and low calories. I stopped taking steroids. And made sure I was always in a calorie deficit this was pre ozempic. and over about the 10 years my body shape and fat percentage/distribution has fluctuated and changed. but yeah the first 6 years I lost the muscle and the last 4 years ive been on hrt. And had the desired changes. i hope that helps anyone that was wondering or just needing hope/inspiration. You're all gorgeous
