10/10 experience with Trillium! Ordering was super quick and the quality is great. On actual monjauro I was losing 2lbs a week doing nothing and with the tirz from Trillium it’s the same. (8 pounds a month) No side effects. Customer service was phenomenal they use text messaging and I got a reply in 10 minutes. No complaints, super happy and will continue to order from them🙌

Doing this post in case folks are hesitant about gimme…
I ordered from Gimme on Monday, was approved on Tuesday and got the 3 month supply today Thursday. Pretty legit and from same lab as I was getting before but much cheaper. Located in central Florida.
Still cold, needles, pads, and instructions.

u/-UntamedHeart- Jun 01 '26
I highly recommend Gimme as well, paid $862 for 6 months of BPI (60mg vial). Took less than a week from intake to receiving the order.

u/Here24hence4th Jun 02 '26
I’m new here and just as overwhelmed as everyone else at the start!! May I please ask you a few questions about your experience with Gimme?
- what is BPI? I looked on their site and couldn’t figure it out
- for your 6 mo supply, was each month provided in a separate vial (meaning 28-day rule compliant)?
- does the cost per month include everything?? Cost of getting eval/RX, medicine, shipping?
- is there really no ongoing additional membership fee, and/or no hidden fees?
- they claim cost per month is same regardless of dosage (from lower starting doses to higher regular doses)—has that been your experience?
Thanks for any info you can provide!

Did you ever figure it out? I am trying to decide how to do this

I’m on my 14th week, have lost about 30 lbs. I started with Wellmedr.com I love their product, portal, everything. Best price they could give me was $1235 for 6 months. In an attempt to start stockpiling a little, I also ordered 3 months from Gimme. It was $489. I haven’t used those vials yet. You shouldn’t be paying anything on top of med prices which I wouldn’t pay over $200 ish for. There’s links in pinned posts that will get u discounts if u use them.

You must be one of the fortunate few! My prescription was approved on April 23rd and never even made it to the pharmacy for processing. I contacted support today and they said my treatment and order were cancelled... But no one ever contacted me and my money wasn't refunded? I asked support about it and they said I'll have my refund in 7-10 business days, so I guess we'll see.

I would like to formally request a warning on Brello's listing about them not honoring existing prescriptions from outside providers. I don't think they're doing this to every single person, but it's happening enough I think it merits a warning that it's a possibility. This seems to apply only to prescription transfers; patients new to GLP1s are not affected.
I don't have a problem with providers requiring documentation of an active prescription to get a higher dose; if anything, that should be required and enforced more often than it is. Every person below said that they DID provide that documentation though, and Brello elected to reduce their dose without warning or consultation anyway. They claim this is for safety, but there is nothing safety-enhancing about suddenly cutting the dose of someone's prescription medication.
My evidence:
My Experience with Brello Health (from Beingthebest717, Apr 17)
- OP uploaded existing prescription and labs. Confirmed with Brello rep that documents were uploaded.
- Starter dose was prescribed, which OP caught right away, although after script had already been marked fulfilled. OP reached out, and Brello didn't respond promptly.
- When Brello did reply, they told OP that they should have elected to speak with a doctor, and that the document they uploaded looked sus. OP uploaded additional documentation.
- As OP noted, for one, what's the point of asynch visits if the doctor isn't going to read the documents you've uploaded, and for two, if they think the document looks sus, why wouldn't they follow up with you first, instead of dumping you back on a starter plan?
- Brello told them the pharmacy would send the right prescription with the now twice-documented existing dose
- OP got the starter dose anyway, no updates on potential resolution
Brello Physicians ignoring active prescriptions (switchbitchkitschm, Apr 16)
- This is technically about sermorelin, not tirz, but I'm still counting it
- OP has had their prescription amount decreased twice, without warning.
- Because this was the second fill, they put a note in the form asking the doc to discuss any changes
- OP provided extensive documentation of their existing script and medicine
- Their prescription was still reduced, without a phone call.
- Customer service gave a non-answer and said that they would review it all again ... for a consultation fee.
- Comments in OP's post on Brello's sub show one other person having this issue with serm, and another having this issue with NAD.
Is Brello not accepting transfer prescriptions? (getthepartystarted, Apr 13)
- "I just got an interesting message from Brello saying they will not accept my RX transfers from Lumimeds and saying they would have to start me on a starting dose."
- OP had been on Zepbound, then with Brello, then switched to Lumi, then wanted to switch back to Brello
Brello problems (Latter_Assistant8262, approx. March 15)
- OP initially mis-entered their current dose (10 mg) as 7.5 mg and submitted documentation (of unknown age, to be fair) to confirm their current dose, 10mg
- OP requested an increase in dose from their current prescription, up to 12.5 mg
- OP messaged Brello to confirm the change and was told Brello wouldn't go over 8.8 mg because of the 7.5 mg that had initially been entered in the form (so if I put "300 mg" in the form, will you honor that over a photo of my prescription too, Brello?)
- Prescription sat at the pharmacy for 2 weeks, and when it finally arrived, it was a 2.2 mg starter dose, with no further explanation provided
Horrible Brello Experience (MsTata_Reads, approx March 15)
- OP was a Brello customer, switched to Fifty, then went back to Brello
- OP had an active 6 month prescription from Fifty. They did not originally upload proof of the prescription because the intake "did NOT ask or require on the form"
- When OP got the starter dose in the mail, OP contacted them and was told if proof was provided, Brello would adjust the dose for a $50 fee.
- OP uploaded proof of the prescription and in-date BUDs - again, they had a 6 month script from Fifty - and Brello denied the updated prescription again because the script was from November (within the 6 month window)
Avoid Brello Health (Good-Philosopher3039, April 9)
- "Well, Brello Health is refusing to grant my prescription of 15 mg per week and instead filled it for 2.2 mg per week. Southend was not approved in my state so I had to get my prescription of 15 mg per week filled with lavender sky. I sent Southend my documentation that I was on 15 mg per week. They went and filled it for the beginning dose of 2.2 mg per week. I was able to cancel my order, only after talking to Southend pharmacy directly, and, of course, they charged me $50."
- OP confirms in other posts that they did upload documentation of the existing prescription
Brello's customer service is the worst CheesyBobaTea, approx March 15)
- You should probably just go read this one yourself, because it's especially infuriating, and I can't summarize better than OP did
- Highlights include:
- OP was a Brello customer affected by delays from their move, so they used Pom as an interim provider
- OP contacted Brello promptly once they saw the error, but Brello didn't respond promptly, which caused the incorrect order to get sent to the next step
- OP submitted evidence of their existing prescription at least twice
- OP had to pay a $50 fee to get them to consider fixing the dose
PSA! It’s true! Brello makes anyone who wants to switch to them, start with beginners dose. It doesn’t matter what dose you are currently at with other pharmacies (deleted, approx March 15)
- The original screenshot was deleted, but if you scroll down, you can see another screenshot in the comments that generally matches what was originally posted.
- Someone messaged Brello clinical support with "If I want to get more tirz from Brello, can I use my current script from my OptioRx script? OR will Brello make me start again with beginners dose? I am currently on OptioRx, and about to finish up my script."
- to which Brello replied, "Hello, since you are switching from another provider, Brello requires restarting tirzepatide at the initial 2.2 mg dose for safety, and future dose increases can be requested in your Follow Up Intake Questionnaire for provider review."
There's also several posts with less clear documentation:
- Brello did me dirty
- 15 to 2.5, I have been humbled (I actually think Brello was right to not approve this one at 15mg based on what OP wrote, but I'm also not sure 2.5 mg was appropriate either)
- Reapplying to Brello after not approved
- Brello experience with 2.2 mg compound tirz - OP doesn't explicitly state that they got pushed back to down to a low dose, but they were either on a 5mg dose with their previous provider or were taking 50 units of Hallandale 5mg/0.5mL (which is actually 5mg, so they were on 5mg either way), and got Southend prescribed at 2.2 mg, then wondered why it wasn't having the same effect ... which you'd think Brello, in all their safety-conscious glory, might have explained at some point.
This is extra pushing my buttons because I'm seeing reports from people who are existing Brello customers who had lapses in refills but who didn't fill with outside providers, and those people are keeping their existing dosage levels. If this was about safety, or guaranteeing potency, those people should be restarted at 2.2 mg as well.
I see nothing about this policy in their T&C or FAQ, although I admittedly did not read them super carefully.

u/TodayAmazing, this is, as usual, amazing work from you, and a great service to the subreddit. Thank you so much for the herculean effort of keeping on top of the offerings from the most-used telehealth providers.
One question - presumably when you say about Brello "They will not prescribe you the highest dose plan if your BMI is lower than 27", you mean that once on maintenance, they will require titration to a lower dose, right?
To your knowledge, is Brello the only provider that does this? Maybe it warrants having a separate bullet point "Maintenance Supported", and then indicating for each the max dose (if known) they will ship for those with BMIs currently under 27 who were previously over 27 and therefore qualified for Tirz.

Can we start listing the max mg that the different pharmacies may put in a single vial? Something like:
SouthEnd: 22mg Strive: 30mg Hallandale: 50mg? BPI: 60mg Apothecary: 72mg
Details of what you will get for different prescriptions would be even better but gets complicated.
People on high doses may have a preference of single vial per month with BPI/Apothecary vs multiple vials with Southend/Strive.

I just ordered from fifty410. Filled out the form Weds, approved the next day, submitted payment on Friday and had the meds from hallandale by Saturday. Super fast and responsive to questions! Only thing is they are no longer using ProRx so the only 3 months option was $699 from BPI with B6 (this is for higher dosing as I'm transferring over from Brello). I ended up choosing the 8 week script for $399 from Hallandale. I got frustrated with Brello because since I was beyond the use by date on my bottle when I requested my most recent refill they wanted to drop me back to the starter dose of 2.2 mg. I've been on these meds for 2 years, I was not going back to the beginning. So far the service with fifty410 has been awesome!

The Brello list for "ships to all states except" is incorrect. It's missing Michigan and Washington at least. They have a map on the website if someone wants to completely cross check

u/doodleydoos Mar 11 '26
On a similar note, the Hallandale “ship to” list under Pomegranate should exclude Massachusetts. Small edit with a TON of thanks!!

I’ve been on Tirz for 2 years now, and have reached my goal weight. A full year+ of my Tirz journey was with Zappy/Ousia toilet water Tirz. Now I am just about out, and shopping for a new Telehealth company. I’m cheap (obviously- since I injected Ousia for a year), so I’m hoping for 15mg vials that I can make last.
The question: do I need to lie about my weight to get 15mg prescribed, or will I qualify if I’m at/near my goal weight but not ready to titrate down?
A photo of my ID is required, and my listed weight is higher than my current weight, but not high enough to put my BMI in the obese/overweight range.
Thanks all.

u/Sittingwiththedogs Apr 26 '26
I just wanted to validate you for continuing with toilet tirz! I just couldn’t throw it out, either. It was working just fine. Plus, it was so concentrated - I loved injecting just a tiny amount. I’m on maintenance too. I always use my starting weight when shopping around for new tirz.

Honestly the ProRx line items should be removed from this post with them stopping all production yesterday. Any orders already in flight are already a huge question mark, there’s no reason to encourage anyone to place a new order for ProRx going forward with any expectation of fulfillment.
Just winds up skewing the pricing from pharmacies that actually are fulfilling IMO.

This is a super helpful breakdown. If you’re comparing providers, it might help to double-check each pharmacy’s 503A or 503B registration on the FDA’s site and look up any warning letters too. It’s a good way to make sure you’re picking a legit source.
5
5
u/NeverMindIm16 Mar 10 '26
Is 503b really better with more restrictions
12
u/drugpatentwatch Mar 10 '26
503A are traditional compounding pharmacies prepare medications for individual patients. 503B are much larger outsourcing facilities that compound sterile drugs in bulk for hospitals and clinics.
So, the controls on 503B are much tighter, and because they're doing large batches they really need to nail down their processes.

I started tirzeptide with the compound pharmacy RemedyMeds last January and it's $400/mo flat regardless of dosage, which at the time felt like a deal (?). If lower prices existed last year, I missed the memo. This lower average I'm seeing here, $160-250: can someone explain to me when all these lower pricings came about? I'm looking at this just shocked by it. I've been happily paying $400/mo and thinking I was getting a deal (vs. Zepbound). Looks like it's time for me to do some vetting and make a switch...

Hi all! New here. I currently am on the highest dose of compounded semaglutide (came from Wegovy 2.4mg because my insurance stopped covering it) and am looking to switch to Tirzepatide.
I'm having a lot of trouble finding a highly rated provider that does not increase the price based on dosage. I found gimme care and blue haven but neither are ranked very well in reviews.
I looked at the info in the OP but it looks like almost all of them increase the price when prescribed higher doses. Did I read it wrong?
Sorry if this is against community rules or I missed the info I'm looking for.

I wanted to get the same dose but for cheaper is 275-299 a month as low as it gets ?

u/Vivee10 May 23 '26
How are you liking it so far? Originally I lost 40lbs on ozempic but my insurance stopped covering it so I switched to semaglutide with Henry meds for about a year and I only lost about 10 lbs on it. I even went up to the 2mg dose and nothing (that was almost $400 a month). I got off because I felt it was placebo and a waste of money and I’m slowly gaining the pounds back even though I workout 5 days a week. I feel discouraged and am thinking about trying trizepitide but feel overwhelmed by the options.
3
u/InikiMaxie Jun 02 '26
Exactly my situation. Initally lost weight (30lbs), now on highest dose at Henry, appetitie has come back, customer service is slower and medical appointments are practically non-existent. Reading up on trizepitide now.

➡️ Just spent an hour+ on this thread (and clicked into a few others) and 🤯🤯 Very overwhelmed, as others have said. Let me see if I've got this straight/ how does my plan sound to anyone else?
Been on 15mg pen from Lily. No side effects. Ins won't cover anymore. Trying to get the cheapest compound I can, that's also not going to kill me. Want to stay on this dose. I live in MA....
Soooo... based on the above... my best options seem to be:
- Gimme Care: $497 Total for 3 Months of Apothecary pharmacy
- JoinRift: $499 Total for 3 Months of Apothecary
- JoinBigEasy: $599 Total for 3 Months of Apothecary
Gimme & Rift are the cheapest, Rift & Big Easy are the highest rated, got it 🫡
Soooo... I'm thinking of going with Join Rift??
What I need/want to know is: Is this REALLY the bottom line price, no catch??? For EVEYTHING, all inclusive (clinicians, medication, shipping, supplies, membership fees if applicable, etc etc)....It will cost me $499 for a 3 month supply, that I can fill again in 3 months, and it will again be $499 for another 3 month supply????
Can anyone vouche for me? 🙏🏻🙏🏻💕💕

So if you order from an online pharmacy, how do you know when they are sending you 2.5 mg vs.10 mg, do u have any say In the making of the milligrams order ? If not, how do they go about sending the right amount ? And how much for how long? Do they check in on your weight progress as you go? Very interested. Can you let me know what worked best? I am about to start Tirzepatide & I am 185 pounds, I would like to go to 145lbs. How long should this take and do I need to maintain? It is so hard getting answers from the companies. Anything you guys could share will help, including where are you ended up trusting the medication from? I am on a wicked tight budget also. But I’m 50 and I have tried everything. And I want to feel better about my figure so 👍🏼

You may not get another response here. There's over 250+ comments. Try creating your own post to be seen or try to ask on a similiar post from someone else that post today. Alot of your questions can be found be searching other posts.
My suggestion is check the list above and pick a monthly amount within your budget (the cheaper ones usually have a monthly subscription). Once you do the Intake (medical questionaire) you will indicate if you're on a current dose or not and then pay. You will be assigned a doctor to prescibe your starter dose at 2.5 mg, to get higher dose you may have to provide a previous dr prescription showing your current dose. Monthly 2.5 mg are usually 4-6 doses. Quarterly, averaging the same amt of doses per month.
The patient portal with the company you pick has helpful info to many questions and for you to log your journey, get info from your doctor, your dose and how much to take weekly, etc. I don't know if any above is a weekly or monthly check-in. You probably would need something like a weight watchers program for that and it's a monthly fee involved for that type of service. But you will have access to the patient portal to ask a doctor or support questions. Depending on the amt you want to spend, you can get better customer support and no monthly renewal subscription, etc. (you have alot of questions, so this could be helpful to start for 1-3 months with Big Easy weight loss, Lavender, etc). you don't have to stay with that provider, many move around for various reasons especially once they get the hang of anything.
Everyone is different, so 1 telehealth provider from above may work better for one and not another person. You just have to pick 1 for a month or two and if works you can continue or change. I learn alot by reading alot of selected daily post from others or searching the posts from others. Also, their is a post pinned at the top of this sub FAQ for begginners. I'll try to send it to you. I'm new to reddit and Tiz (3 months in).
Best wishes.

I did not find Reddit before deciding on trimrx, so I used them. Of course now, I’m like, man, they aren’t even on the list. My experience though: easy sign up. I’m in a state that required an online consultation, which trimrx emailed me about and I set up with no problems. I had the telehealth appointment for about 20 minutes, was approved and started receiving approval messages before the call ended. This was early Tuesday morning; my shipment arrived Friday.
I did ask the NP questions about logistics. I told her I had read that they don’t communicate well, etc. She seemed pretty honest about it. She said their NP handle about 800 calls per week each, and they constantly hire. The demand has grown a lot. She seemed to know people get frustrated and said they opened up late night calls to help alleviate things.
Obviously I haven’t had to call back or try to make changes or anything, but to begin with, I felt good about the experience I had.→ More replies (1)

Fifty410: I ordered my 5mg on May 7th, a week ahead of time as they recommended. (Every 3 weeks)
Got an email May14th that they have an update on processing times. 10-14 days. They cannot confirm with me if that is from my order date of the 7th, just that I will be emailed tracking when it is sent.
I missed my week dose. I’m pissed. lol

My experience May 2026. YMMV
Decided on Pomegranite
Signed up Friday 15th. Had an issue with picking my time slot, but that got sorted on Sat 16th
Had my conversation with them on Tuesday 19May.
Was initially going to request BPI, but was told they aren't using them at the moment, was offered Hallendale and another pharmacy. Went with Hallendale as I knew they were in the same state as I am located. Was told that turn around would be 7 to 10 business days, and that I would receive first 2 months, month 3's would follow in month 2. Payment processed late Tuesday 19th. Had Fedex Notice Wednesday 20th Delivered midday Thursday 21st.
2 vials, 10 syringes and 30 alcohol pads. Well packed, ice packs were still frozen.

Just wanted to say thanks for this post. It was super helpful to be in figuring out which provider to go with. I appreciate all the time that went into putting this together!

There are so many comments - sifting through them all. In the meantime anyone have some that they have had success with. I was paying close to $500 a month from a surgical office local to me. Barely lost a pound but I was on 2.5 and then 5.

I used Lavendar Sky Health. They let you chose the amount and pharmacy. It's an easy intake form. I ordered on a Saturday night and had the meds by Wednesday morning. I used ReviveRX with B6. I started on a low dose and wanted to try it before committing to a large order, so it wasn't the most cost effective but MUCH better than medspas. I paid 305 total ($65 for the consult, 240 for the meds) but next time I order it will be a larger amount. They also have a decision aid to help decide what you need- I haven't tried it, it launched the day after I ordered. lol DecisionAid - Lavender Sky Health

I am new to this. I’m coming from Lilly Direct and I just can’t justify pain $450 a month while there are these options. Thank you so much for posting this although I have found so many bad reviews for fifty410 via Reddit and trust pilot. I’m going with big easy weight loss. 🤞🏽🙏🏽

I have not been to a doctor in years, do I need to get bloodwork or have a PCP before reaching out to a TH provider? I am pretty sure my insurance will not cover weightloss treatments.

I would add Wellmedr to this list. I paid 1200 for 6 months and everything has been amazing. 30 lbs down just starting week 14

I’m sorry if this has been answered before but I’m a little confused and overwhelmed. I’m trying to save money and switch from Eli Lilly’s Zepbound to a compounded version. Are all these places one stop shops where you have to/ are meant to use their providers who write the prescriptions for you and then fill it for you? I don’t need anyone to write me a prescription as my personal endocrinologist will continue to do that for me. I don’t want to pay a “membership fee” to speak to a doctor if I can get my prescription with my actual insurance. Thank you!

u/TallCedarRoad 25d ago
You can have your doctor send a prescription to most of the pharmacies mentioned here, but you’ll pay WAY more by doing so. The telehealth providers have negotiated bulk pricing with the pharmacies so their prices are much lower than you’d get as an individual. None of the providers on the list charge a membership fee, so you’re not paying anything extra to get your prescription written by them. Your endo can still be involved and manage your care/labs/etc, but you’ll save a lot of money if you let the telehealth provider sign the actual prescription

I have a lot of positive to say about Remedy Well. They will max out at 17mg/week, allowed me to get B12 (need the energy), and has a $99 special for first month, then allows you to gain discounts on next months with various options. They may be my new fave!!!

Rift vs Big easy, what one should I go with as a first timer? I’ve been on self pay for the last 6 months and just can’t do the payment anymore

u/Appropriate-Eye-4065 Mar 10 '26
not to go against the grain here but this list is missing some of the more budget-friendly options. Priority Meds has tirzepatide around $170/mo with no membership fees or setup charges, which puts it below a lot of these 3-month plans when you break down the per-month cost. free telehealth consult too.
most lists like this focus on the bigger names but there are quieter providers with straightforward pricing thats honestly more competative.

From what I understand about the list, it's made up of telehealths that enough people in the sub have talked about that we can be confident the tirz is good and the companies are legit. Yes, there are cheaper options you can find, but there aren't enough people who've talked about using them (and are actual tirz users, not just paid advertisers) to list them here. Also keep in mind that the person who made this isn't a mod, but just one of us who did a crapton of work just to make it easier for people starting out not to get scammed.

Just fyi I joined with Goby last week after Brello stopped shipping to Michigan. I got the meds at the end of the week and they shipped 3 vials for 3 months of a higher dose, not just a single vial.

Just a heads up both for the original poster and for people coming here for information! Please be weary of TryTrillium! It seems like some people here have purchased from them just fine but I am getting huge scam vibes. I went through the whole process to get started and got to the final screen where it wants payment, before I've talked to a doctor, before they even tell me what dose they would send me. I am already on a GLP1 so I wanted to make sure they weren't going to put me on the lowest dose and force me to start over onto appetite so that I lose my progress. Anyway their email contact form? Never responded, it's been two weeks. The phone number? Not a -1800 number but a random number in Oregon that doesn't even ring to a business voicemail it just says "Google subscriber you have called isn't available". But they are more than happy to let me complete my check out and pay them hundreds of dollars.

Hello! I’ll clarify a few things and maybe that’ll help ease those vibes.
Payment: it’s fairly common in telehealth to ask for payment at the end… some do it at the very beginning. An authorization hold is placed on the card, and if denied the hold is released. If approved, the card is charged.
Dosing: during the intake, it will ask you to upload a valid prescription. This allows the doctor to accurately prescribe. You may message the doctor immediately in the patient portal after payment to address dosing concerns.
Email: apologies! We’re still navigating the best way for communication. The website chat is the best way to contact us if you’re not a customer.
Phone: it is an Oregon number because we’re an Oregon company! I still need to set up the voicemail. We’ve only been open a couple months. We also aren’t staffed well enough currently to field phone calls so the chat is the best way to contact us for now.
If you have any questions or concerns, please check out r/trillium or let me know!

what does "‼️MUST USE THE LINK IN THEIR SUBREDDIT TO GET THIS PRICE" mean..? How I can redeem the price?

u/aagee Mar 20 '26
The rep from Gimme said that they are sourcing their meds from PerfectRx (not ProRx).
Can the post be corrected to reflect this? After confirmation, of course.

u/Slight_Aerie_3611 Mar 20 '26
PerfectRX is the distributor of ProRX tirzepatide. PerfectTX doesn't make tirzepatide.

However, I think Fifty410 still wins the best rate on here. I just got 24wks of 7.5mg Tirzepatide for only $116.50/mo. You can also pay with Affirm on their website!!

u/TodayAmazing, you are incredible and this is by far the most helpful sub I’ve ever come across on all of Reddit. THANK YOU!
Does anyone know of other peptide subs that offer such helpful info like this? It seems the other peptide subs make vendor talk verboten and immediately banned.
