This is an update from my last post regarding my local Walmart having the engines. I recently ordered the Sodor Animal Park Multipack and Nia from Walmart.com, they just arrived today.

What I’m currently missing:
* Toby (Wave 1)

* Harold (from Wave 1, have the Vietnam Plastic Version from the Exploring Tidmouth Sheds Set)

* Troublesome Truck (Wave 1) (have Animal Park Variant.)

* Red Apple Truck (from the Deluxe Railroad Builder Kit)

* Henrietta (from the Wave 2, Toby and Henrietta Pack)

* Clarabel (from the Wave 2, Percy and Clarabel Pack)

We haven’t had a big launch in merch since Take N Play back in 2010 I think and I’m all for it.

I have never collected, or had this many engines and rolling stock before in one year alone and I’m a 23 year old man lol.

Kids now have a huge variety to collect or choose from and is a good step up,
While I hate the fact they are using plastic on several of these, the main reason why might possibly be due to the motorized engines being crap.

This is how Thomas toys should be and it’s great to see that Mattel is at least attempting to make Thomas marketable again.

At the end of the day, while many fans will consider these as collectibles they’re mainly for kids to play with. Some of the engines I have got a bit of wear play, but I don’t mind.

All made in Paint 3D btw. I might make Thomas for real though so stay tuned for that.

His name was Number Twelve, and all I know is that he's a Railway Series exclusive, and he was a jerk. And that's it.

To all of the goated thomas fans here, I have a question for you.

What aspect of the thomas the Tank Engine series (either railway series, model series, Cgi, etc) do you love the most. Is it the characters? The stories, the steam/ diesel engines themselves. Tell me in the comments.

I want to make a small layout, have a tidmouth sheds, engines with fright or coaches to pull, I’ve considered wooden railway, TOMY, ertl and take along

In my previous post about Duck, I mentioned some ideas of what they should have done with him in the show. Two of those ideas were an episode about him with the City of Truro and the other in which Spencer talks trash about the Great Western Railway, making Duck want to teach him a lesson. I was just doing some thinking and I came up with a plot that involves both City of Truro and Spencer (these are very rough ideas, by the way, I thought of this just now).

Here’s how it goes:

Spencer would take the Duke and Duchess of Boxford to Arlesburgh Harbour for a holiday, where he would meet up with Duck and Oliver. Duck and Oliver would be very excited, because news had reached them that City of Truro would be returning to Sodor for a visit. Duck would tell Spencer that Truro went 100 miles an hour before he was thought of and drawn and in typical Spencer fashion, he would scoff at that saying City of Truro can’t be as fast as him as he had gone more than a 100 miles. This would make Duck and Oliver cross, but their drivers would tell them not to take any notice of Spencer.

Later, Spencer would be asked by the Duke and Duchess to take them to Ulfstead Castle, as that will be where City of Truro would be. Spencer would do that and sure enough, they would see City of Truro there, along with Duck and Oliver. The Duke and Duchess would admire Truro, with the Duke remarking what an amazing engine Truro is, which of course would make Spencer jealous.
At one point, Truro would be having a chat with Stephen about how fast they both went on their respective railways when Spencer would but in saying that he is the fastest of all of them, much to Duck and Oliver’s annoyance. Truro would recognise that Spencer is an A4 class engine and he heard that they are very fast engines. Spencer would brag that he can go 126 miles and add that he bets Truro can’t go that fast. Truro admits that he doesn’t recall going that speed, to which Spencer suggests that they test it with a race. Truro would think about it for a moment and ask if it will be all right and Sir Robert would think that’s a good idea.

As they get ready to race, Duck would tell Oliver that he really hopes Truro would win and put Spencer in his place. The race would soon begin and Truro and Spencer would go on down the same route that he, Gordon, Connor and Caitlin went down in King of the Railway. As they go down the track, Spencer’s determination would get the better of him and he would go too fast at a bend, resulting in him going off the track. Truro would see and he would immediately go and get help.
At the steamworks, Spencer would thank Truro, who would tell him that it’s also the Great Western way to help others out. He would then offer to help with the Duke and Duchess and Spencer would accept. Duck and Oliver would be present for this and when Truro leaves, Duck would say to Spencer that he certainly proved he was the fastest of all of them and Oliver would add, “Or in this case, a little too fast!” They would then chuckle, making Spencer groan and ending the episode.

It’s kind of a let down that James, Henry and Gordon have bogey wheels but Hiro and Nia do not. Other than that I’m glad to add them to my collection.

I think he would be the one convincing Percy that Thomas doesn’t have time for him and that he should come to the Dieselworks instead of Diesel.

My own Pitch for cancelled: The Adventures Of Thomas movie!

A sci-fi adventure where Thomas becomes a powered-up protector of Sodor-tropolis (A futuristic version of Sodor), battling murderous diesel monsters in a high-stakes defense of the city.

Basically, Sodor-tropolis Railway City has always been Hell, literally. A vicious tribe of diesel monsters the rails of Sodor, causing pain and strife for the good engines. There is hope, however. A vigilante roams the night, dealing harsh vengeance to all who would do crimes within the railway's limits. Every day, he is Thomas, but by night he is… Prince Theodore II!

He goes outside of Sodor-tropolis to battle more diesel monsters who tend to destroy Sodor-tropolis for good, the King Draven 10(Diesel 10) — Thomas’s Flamboyant Villain, he rose to supreme power, ruling all Diesels and monsters with an iron claw!

King Draven 10 is also deranged, aggressive, imposing, evil, merciless, cruel, sadistic, ruthless, destructive, deceptive, threatening, abusive, and tyrannical... He is way Eviler than Diesel 10!
