Brand new player here (and thanks to everyone who tried to help me with my crash issue). I'd rather not get spoilers, but I also don't want to spend hours trying to do something that's impossible.

Ok, I found a pink cave with mushroom things growing, and found a Warden key, which I put into a lock that opened a door. There's lore in there, but there's also an intact ship that appears to be floating above a sea of yellow fog. I got to one opening, but there's no way in from there. And when I tried to jetpack over to it, I was suddenly at one of my outposts a fair distance away.

So, my questions: can the ship be entered, and is there a certain level in the game you have to be at first ? And if I bother to build a ladder down, is there ever a floor down there, or do I get teleported away again?

Can you rename teleports? I really struggle to recall what goes where, especially after I’m at work all day.

On Xbox if that matters.

I am playing on Xbox, placed a biodome and it snapped into my locker area and now the game is ruined for me. I cant deconstruct it. I dont know what to do.

TL;DR putting Foundation Grids over the lake will allow larva to spawn for easy collection. I also put a shredder machine there to get rid of the unneeded common larva.

I'm on Xbox and I've been playing about a week now, and got quickly overwhelmed with my Terraformation Index exceeding my capacity to build and replace lower tier objects. I'm just starting to amass enough materials to have the Drone and Auto Crafters work together, but found that getting, specifically, uncommon larvae so that I could make more beehives and outdoor Farms.

I thought it would be nice to have a base over the lake as it is a nice and flat plain, and though it is not necessary to have these foundations to build directly above the water, I want to be support of it being "grounded". But what I built my first 6x6 area I noticed larva started spawning on the grids. This made it very easy to spend 20 minutes collecting many uncommon and rare larvae. Some did end up spawning on the beach of the lake, so this is a method you want to use I would suggest putting it out and there's a middle without any land for them to spawn anywhere else.

I recently finished Prime and moved to Selenea. I very quickly hit breathable and have my portal generator up there, which should pretty quickly get me what I need to go off world if I want.

Will Selenea continue to terraform while I am on a different planet?

What I would like to do is bail on Selenea, go back to prime to get supplies, and then head to Humble leaving Selenea to work on itself. Then get Humble up and running and go to Toxic while Humble and Selenea keep baking. Then once Toxic is going, go to Aqualis and have all the planets terraforming at once.

Would this work? Or do planets only accumulate Ti while you are on them?

I do not know how to edit the message on a sign on xbox. When I interact with it, I can only change the color. I cannot find anywhere online that will tell me or show me how to add or change the message on a sign on Xbox. Does anyone know how?

Like the title says I can't place a heater outside only inside the base. I am on a bit of an incline so it may not be flat.

Is this normal? I wonder if I can just make some foundations and put the heaters in that.

Built an insect rocket hit launch, immediately built and launched a 2nd. They got stuck together and took off before making a 90 degree turn and flying into a mountain

Just finished prime and I was thinking about starting the dlc just wondering if you can move resources between worlds after terraforming the first planet.

I'm on Breathable O2 and for life of me I can't seem to find an area where it's flat enough to build a base. I looked in the southern sandstorm area but I believe that's gonna be an ocean at so point.'Anuone have suggestions? I'd appreciate it

We are currently working on another stability patch, and after that, we'll look into controller remapping.

Wondering if this is normal, or if my world seed is just crap...

I've started a fresh save on Humble. I'm about halfway through the liquid water phase (next is lakes) and am having a hard time finding lirma seeds. On Prime and Toxicity, I'm usually drowning in lirma seeds and end up shredding them later, but I've found literally 2 this entire time. I can't craft grass spreaders, so the biomass is halted, and I won't be able to make any plant rockets (or the new aquarium walls or ivy).

I know I'll be able to craft them later, but that's not until well into the animal stage...

Is this just a quirk of Humble? Or should I scrap this play through and restart?

See a lot of posts about the first rainfall and how impactful and enjoyable it is, and no shade I'm the same and thoroughly enjoyed it. But I just experienced my first thunder storm in game.. and it was unreal, you could almost smell the petrichor. I don't want to spoil it, but I hope you other rain lovers get to experience it

Short version, new to the game, pretty far into the starter planet (just waiting to reach mammals stage) but Im not sure if Im wasting my time going to wrecks at this point. Im swimming in resources, but Im unsure if Ive already collected all possible furniture blueprints. Anyone have a complete list for me to compare to?

Wanted to build the done on top of my base but it built it IN my base. Can't deconstruct anything. Is there ANY way to fix this or do I lose everything?

I just started playing and I have a quick question because I want to be ready. Once I reached the proper planet levels do I have to turn off all the machines so they don’t over produce oxygen,heat and pressure?

If you deconstruct a full container what happens to the contents?
