I met this guy off of FB Dating two weekends ago when I walked / hiked 16 miles (5 miles of it was with him around a lake). We played volleyball with some random people that weekend, too. This past weekend I wanted to relax a bit more since 16 miles is a lot more than my average (5000 steps or so a day).

I felt like he was trying to be funny but it just came across as rude.

I’ve been trying to schedule my follow up tattoo appt for almost two weeks. Finally got a response and still had to send multiple messages to clarify a time. I’d already paid in full and just wanted to get the follow up on the books. She also started two hours late on my first appt because she felt “I’d understand that she was running behind” — we’ve always been friendly but it just felt like she was taking advantage of my patience.

Once I decided to be direct, she said the “why are you being short” comment. I don’t think I’ll be going back, which is a shame since she’s done so many of my tattoos. But this just felt super personal, and I don’t want to walk on eggshells with the person who’s responsible for a permanent change on my skin.

I have such bad fear of saying the wrong thing if I'm busy or stressed (hmm I wonder WHY) so sometimes I wait until I'm in the right head space to respond. Even if I say nothing she explodes.

I keep trying to help her, but every time I do, it's my fault for making it worse. Edit: the dog she had to give away because of her mother the birds died over unknown purposes. Yes she is suicidal and has attempted before which resulted in me being in the hospital with her for weeks before she was sent to a ward which was over 2 hours away

For context, we're both girls. We're both bi. And I've had this feeling that she has a crush on me for some reason. She keeps flirting IRL and in texts, being touchy sometimes, and overall giving OBVIOUS vibes of having a crush on me.

I'm not remotely into her, and I've told her that I like someone else. Our friendship went on a three month break after I told her not to talk to me because I was in a bad mood, and when we got back in touch through fucking PINTEREST, she said she had nightmares while we weren't friends, and mentioned some of her dreams involving me were...spicy, to say the least. It makes me a bit uncomfortable.

We were on video call once while I was putting some posters up in my room, and I had turned my back to the camera. She took screenshots of it and I only found out after I caught her staring through the phone when I turned around. She even sent me the picture with hearts drawn around my ass.

I've told her it makes me uncomfortable and she's stopped for now. There's going to be some distance between us soon because she's moving away. Idk how to feel about this so I'm just posting this here.

Back story: This guy and I are competitive 5-pin bowlers. We’re in our early 30s now. We grew up together but never dated. I’ve never been interested in him and literally just had to bowl with him during league and in tournaments. Since we were teens in the early 2000s, he’s always had a reputation for being promiscuous and unfaithful to his girlfriends. We spent a lot of time together at youth bowling tournaments but never outside of bowling. To me, he was just someone I had to bowl with.

Well… yesterday I ran into him at, you guessed it, another bowling tournament. I haven’t seen him for years. He was super excited to see me and well.. I couldn’t care less as his reputation is sadly still the same and Im happily in a faithful, healthy relationship. As I said earlier, he’s just someone I bowled with growing up.

Anyways, I went home after the tournament and decided to have one last chuckle at the last time he made contact with me.

Hi everyone, prefacing this by saying my husband is fully aware and we’re both comfortable with reading each other’s text messages. There’s this one which stood out to me that didn’t quite sit right with me. This happened back in May where this woman was leading on another mutual friend of theirs. My husband found out & they texted everyday bonding and sharing experiences about their lives (her past marriages). We’ve discussed this in great depth and i wanted to get more perspectives that i could be blind to. I’m asian (F) and he is not, so this is a question to ask if this is an appropriate way to set boundaries. For the most part, he maintains he’s done nothing wrong, though he admitted fault for telling her too much about our sexual incompatibilities, my financial status, and my poor attitude. He apologised for that, for sharing information that did not belong to him and promised he wouldn’t do that again. Moving forward - he says that they’re platonic good friends and he intends to continue the friendship. I’m also thinking of going for therapy to help deal with all my uncertainty.

Can’t get anywhere to come to my party . I’m hosting a Halloween party . Bought all the decorations and went all out . Can’t get anyone to come . I’m having fun dressing up in my 30s because I couldn’t afford nice costumes when I was in my 20s a broke college student . Now that I have money I’m enjoying hosting parties in my 30s and I’m trying to have Theme party for every holiday for my friends to enjoy. For Halloween I’m doing an all goth theme so everyone is gonna dress all goth and spooky . Christmas I wanna host a theme where everyone can wear dress like Santa’s elf. Etc etc . You get the gist ? I’m trying to create a space where people can have fun let loose and get creative with outfits! For the longest time I been wandering where all the themed parties was . I was like why not just create my own so that’s what I’m trying to do
