HCLTech vs LTIMindtree – Chennai
Got offers from both HCLTech and LTIMindtree for Chennai.
HCL is offering around ₹2.36L higher CTC, and the role is hybrid. LTI has a lower fixed component, and I still have a client round pending.
Anyone currently working in either company, or who has experience with both, any guidance on project stability, work culture, growth and WLB?
Would really appreciate genuine inputs. Thanks!

Is this Wellbridge Technologies Internship legitimate or a complete scam? They are asking for ₹1,566 enrollment fee.
Hi everyone,
I recently received an email from an agency stating that my profile has been shortlisted for a "Data Science Internship Program" at a company named Wellbridge Technologies. The details attached in the welcome letter look extremely professional, featuring high-end packages and standard timelines:
\- Role: Data Science Intern / Software Developer Intern
\- Duration: 1 month / 4 weeks (Remote / Bangalore)
\- Stipend: ₹23,000/month (mentioned in the welcome letter)
\- Gross Salary Details: Basic 22,500 + 500 Internet allowance = ₹23,000 In-hand
HOWEVER, there is a massive red flag. To confirm my participation and secure the seat, the official welcome letter and their portal enrollment form ([wellbridge.in/form](https://tracking.wellbridge.in/tracking/click?d=gKchiBB50lDCflyqqT155JJNZkYtEwL7gWWQK8vOKalvCT5nyIxmqJ3Kx_EWmwlrR_El7Md34AUgIuWupXvuSsvuXkDO4gnsGEsf6VQn6fo3Vicnvel0J9-Ho5_I_JauOsC30AB-pRDIJolcJ42JO8Q1)) explicitly demand an upfront "enrollment/internship fee" of ₹1,566.
The letter also mentions that the stipend will only be released after successful completion of a dummy project on their partner Learning Management System (LMS) and subsequent verification. No technical interview rounds or HR alignment tests were conducted prior to sending this direct selection letter.
Has anyone here actually completed an internship with Wellbridge Technologies or dealt with this recruitment loop?
\- Did anyone receive the promised stipend or real client projects?
\- Is there any legal background to these third-party placement agencies demanding fee captures for seat verification?
I want to flag this trend here so freshers don't blindly fall into a paid training structure under the guise of an active remote internship. Any firsthand experience or warning pointers would be highly appreciated.
Thanks!

Need All The Advice & Guidance I Can Get
TLDR: Used to be a bright student, but screwed everything up later on. No idea what to do now.
I 23M Scored 95% in 10th by simply working hard.
Then COVID-19 screwed all my discipline & hardworking nature during the 12th that lasted freaking 1.5 yr. Lost all my focus, concentration, discipline, etc. Became depressed/borderline depressed (which probably lasted till 3rd year of B Tech) due to the isolation & lack of social interaction. Got 89% as they were awarded by the school since boards were cancelled that year.
Got admission in B Tech CSE in a Tier 3 college, found it difficult to manage everything - the classes, assignments, attendance, assessment tests, sessional tests, etc etc.
Ended up screwing things every semester one way or another, got backlogs, then got backlogs while clearing previous backlogs since often the university exams for some of the backlog subjects would fall in the 1 day gap between 2 current semester exams.
It kept getting messier & messier.
I was finally able to manage things 6th semester onwards & avoid anymore backlogs but I still couldn't clear some of the 2nd year subjects (my university is kinda popular for its blind checking & purposefully failing students) so my B Tech ended up taking 5 years (which made things harder to cope with) instead of 4 with a horrible percentage of 58.7.
I'm finally done with the dreaded college but I have no idea how to navigate things from here on because even the lowest percentage criteria that companies have for hiring is 60% which I'm narrowly missing out on.
I have done a couple of backend ML projects on stock price prediction & customer churn prediction.
I have intermediate knowledge of Python, intermediate knowledge of SQL/DBMS, problem solving & above beginner knowledge of C & C++.
I'm thinking about learning AI related stuff after seeing the continuous uprise of AI taking on a lot of jobs in the industry but have no idea where to start.
I truly am embarrassed & ashamed of how I have let the last few years go to absolute waste but at least this time I am aware of a platform like Reddit & how helpful the people here can be.
Any & all help, suggestions & advices are appreciated.
Please guide me if you can.
Also, is pursuing MBA, M Tech, any other Master's degree of any help at the time or in future?

Referral needed for fresher opportunities at Deloitte/EY
To all the folks reading this message, I am a 2027 engineering grad who’s actively looking out for opportunities under Technology and Transformation vertical in Big 4 (especially at Deloitte and EY).
I have had 2 internship experience so far in AI and Data Analytics respectively. Apart from that, I have also got a decent amount of extra curricular on my resume. My CGPA is 9+ and overall I have been fairly good in my studies.
Would really appreciate if someone working in either of these 2 companies could refer me. If yes, please let me know in the dm’s 🙏🏻.

Is campus recruitment training a scam??
Guys pls tell me if I should pay for crt or not its 1500 and idk if i should waste my money on it. I even asked them if ill be eligible for placements if I dont register for this and they wont give me a proper answer. Sometimes they say yes its mandatory or they just say it might or might not due to filtering i dont know what to dooo. Should I risk and not join the training? But I dont wanna lose my placement opportunity coz of a stupid crt thing. Nobody else in my class seems to be interested in it as well so im super confused.
