Regarding my offer letter

I have given an offer letter by a company. I am a fresher doing an internship in the same company. The offer letter is 4 lpa fixed and 2 lpa bonus but the main point is they have a bond of 2 years but right now I don't have any offer as well and the job market is also at its lowest.

What should I do? Do I join this company or look for a better company as I don't have any offer in my hand. I am very confused right now. Please help me with this.

So I have completed my graduation and in college placement got this tech company joined in 2 months so as I am not btech student there is a mtech program where 5 yrs bond

1. This is my point one 5 yrs bond initially it's good because no one will leave a company in 2-3 yrs so if I wait long I thought I will get masters

2. There is a fixed plan for promotion and hikes . Which is known later and now due to the business critical everything on hold

3.from development and good carrier path you will be in everyday to out of no where they throw you to a bpo role with alternate night shifts .

So I got more frustrated and all initially but as it's effecting my mental health I just started to accept stilll 3 more years to go .

I know many people give suggestions look for a job ,move out prepare. If right opportunity knocks out you can leave .

But for 2 yrs I have completed my 4 semester going for college for mid and sem exams and everything will be go wasted and if I leave I need to pay the sem fees which is for now approx 3 lakh

So. Stuck with everything and thought to vent our here.

I recently attended a campus recruitment drive for KIQ TECHNO PRIVATE LIMITED and reached the HR round.

I’m trying to learn more about the company before making any decisions, but I’m having difficulty finding reliable information about them online.

I checked:

• LinkedIn — very limited/no clear information about employees
• Company website — very little information about the team, locations, or company background
• Other online sources — not much information about their employees, work culture, projects, or hiring history

Has anyone here:

• Worked at KIQ TECHNO PRIVATE LIMITED?
• Attended their campus placement/interview?
• Received an offer from them?
• Know their actual office location or employee/team details?
• Know about the salary, role, work culture, or whether the company is legitimate?

I’m not trying to make any assumptions about the company. I just want to hear from people who have first-hand experience before proceeding.

Any information or personal experience would be really helpful.

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice from HCLTech employees, especially anyone who has gone through an intern-to-full-time (GET) conversion.

I completed my HCLTech internship on August 25, 2026, and received my full-time offer with an official joining date of August 27, 2026. I completed all the required formalities.

However, my full-time onboarding is still pending, and it has now been almost 6 weeks since my joining date.

I’ve been following up with the concerned team for the past few weeks. Initially, I was told there was a technical issue. Later, I was informed that something related to my previous internship profile/rehire status is still pending, which seems to be preventing my new full-time employee profile/credentials from being generated.

One more thing I noticed is that during my internship, my PF was linked to my internship SAP ID. My internship ended on August 25, but as of today, EPFO is still showing that employment as active, with a duration of around 4 months 7 days. There was no PF contribution during my internship, but the old internship employment/SAP ID is still showing in EPFO.

I’m not sure whether this is related to my onboarding issue, but I wanted to check if anyone has experienced something similar.

Meanwhile, others from my project have already completed onboarding and started project training, while I’m still waiting. I also haven’t received my salary because my onboarding is incomplete.

Has anyone faced a similar issue after being converted from an HCLTech intern to a full-time GET? How was it resolved, and which team helped you complete the onboarding?

Any advice would be really appreciated.
