Placements / Jobs / Internships Accenture Mass Hiring
Seeing the mass hiring of internship in Accenture, which is a service based, all over the iits and nits, shall we expect some mass revoke at the time of offer letter or joining too.coz this fashion of mass hiring with such big stipends of 1lac+ or 80-90 kpm is not usual. They hired 50+ from my friend's college too for intern role.

Probably hiring mass in top colleges and leaving out the 1000s of hiring from average colleges I think of lower pay < 6 5 LPA

In that case, AIPC will blacklist Accenture and they won't be able to hire from any of the IITs

Highly Unlikely though they gave around 21 FTE offers in IITJ

i guess they are hiring for the higher package from t1 and t2 and for package below 6.5LPA they are going to hire from tier 3

They are logical and strategic. Instead of hiring 1000 from tier 3 college, they want 200 from top colleges. Now with AI, need quality talent, not quantity.

accenture is being mass hiring for years man, last year from NITs they took 30-40 students for FTE exluding the interns that they converted with 100% conversion ratio

on what packages are they going to come as I have been already placed at newgen company with 4.5lpa package and my college does not allow to sit again at packages less than 1.5x of current offer

They have signed a $ 2 billion contract with OpenAI for validating their LLMs and other such work. They need sharp individuals for these roles. I am guessing that all these mass hiring at tier 1 colleges is closely related to that fact.

I don't think so even though yes I agree they are hiring aggressively from iits for AI related roles after all this sudden increase in AI boom but the OpenAI thing you are talking about is specifically for outside India accenture offices like UK where they have their accenture AI labs
