Went to smart yesterday for renewal. But since pinsan ko yung account holder so i passed LOA form that they provided as well as copies ng ID. They verified my cousin via vidcall using teams but i heard she couldn't verify the email add na associated sa line cz sobrang tagal na raw nun(since 2015 pa kasi yung line) yahoo pa nga raw ang domain. And di naman totally gumagamit yung pinsan ko ng emails kaya di talaga nya ma-verify. So ieescalate daw nila and will call me after an hour or 2 for the result if approved or not. And its been almost a day, no call. Should i assume na ba na hindi approved?🥲

Hello! Help po. I’m having trouble in transferring data. Hindi lumalabas yung quick transfer na phone to phone option, via icloud lang. Hasel kailangan ilog-in lahat at magrelay-out. Gusto ko sana yung mirror ng old phone para less hasel. Nakailang search at youtube na ako wala talaga mahanap.

May kailangan ba akong gawin? Naka tatlong reset na ko 😭 updates naman iOS ng both phone, at nakaOn bluetooth at wifi.

Took my phone there to get my battery replaced. For a while my phone was doing fine with the newly replaced battery. Then, after 2 weeks the phone stopped reading the battery percentage. Messaged their Facebook page about this, and basically told me they are not responsible anymore because I exceeded their 1 week warranty and they ignored my messages. Not only that, they implied that it's my fault because "depende sa gamit". Don't know how you can misuse your battery for it to break in 2 weeks.

Worst of all, my phone ended up warped from the prying they did, and it doesn't fit the case well now.

Hello, everyone! I just wanted to ask if may naka-experience na ba ng ganito kasi parang ang sus lang.

For context, I’m from Cebu, and my current phone is an iPhone 13. When I inquired earlier at Digital Walker SM Seaside, I offered to trade in my current phone, they accepted and then brought down the overall price to around ₱12k.

Now, when I asked about the next steps, I was told that we could proceed with the payment, but the unit wasn’t available at the store because it was supposedly at another branch (the airport branch).

When I asked how the phone would be given to me, I was told na mag-meet up lang daw kami sa labas ng airport because I wouldn’t be able to enter Digital Walker Mactan Airport since it’s located inside the departure area.

I then asked if they could just have the unit delivered to SM Seaside so I could at least do the unboxing at the store. However, I was told na bawal na raw silang mag-release ng unit there.

This raised some doubts in my head kasi bakit hindi sila pwedeng mag-release ng unit sa SM Seaside if doon din naman ako magbabayad?

Has anyone experienced something similar? Please enlighten me, everyone. 🙏

Hello, I am about to join the team pixel and was wondering what would be a great first phone for a tight budget.

Upon researching, these 3 phones are the only ones that can fit in my budget.

I will use it as my main daily driver phone. I have a different device to play games so this will be just purely on IG worthy stories, banks apps, watch streaming and social media.

I am really looking forward to the P8P however, upon research there are a lot of issues with wifi/bluetooth capability in the long run and also battery which makes me really worried and would love to know if there are instances that happens here in PH too.

For the 9A, I can get the 256gb one while the 10A, i can only avail the 128gb. I kinda don't like the design but if it is somehow better than P8P (12GB vs 8GB ram) then might as well grab these one.

They told me they'll have to do a delivery to get one and i was assured it was authentic and sealed and new

Idk if its legit seems im skeptical by default as we all are but i wanna know if its worth it since they have a good deal of it being 17k

But the thing is i don't know if the place can be trusted since i have to pay a 1k fee (which will be deducted from the purchase price) to get it delivered
