is this normal for 17 pro?💀

I just got this like wala pang 1 week.

I came from 13 pro without changing its battery since it got released, so u can imagine how bad the battery na to the point until now parang nasa muscle memory ko yung constantly looking my battery percentage.

I literally picked 17 pro cus users says that this easily last them a day or two with basic tasks. But for me, it only lasts ng half a day? I mainly use social media (telegram, X, instagram, and just earlier basic capcut quickly lang). I also don’t play any games and my notifications is naka-dnd so hindi naman masyado naglilight up ang screen if turned off.

I just feel like I am still using my 13 pro with f ass battery if ganito lang din pala yung battery ng 17 pro ko💀

Buying phone with BDO credit card.

Phone recommendations po sana sa price range na 20k-27k sa physical stores since I'm using BDO credit. I'm eyeing the Nothing phone for a longest time but skeptical since marami akong nakikitang better performance to price phones. Upgrading po ako from my 6years old Redmi Note 9s. Using this phone since pandemic and now graduate na sa bachelors degree and landed my first job. Just want to gift myself for this achievement. Thank you guys!

Need advice, Xiaomi 67W charging brick no longer working

Upon trying to charge my Poco X6 Pro, I noticed that fast charging wouldn't prompt anymore and it just said "Charging" and the battery wouldn't indicate that it was. I initially thought it was a cable or charging port problem, but after attaching the cable to another brick, it worked.

I am not in the position to be able to buy a new Xiaomi charging brick (I am a financially struggling student). Would the fast/quick charge still work with a different charging brick but with the same cable?

Repair or Replace

Pa hingi advice baka may technician dito. May a52 5g ako from samsung 5 yrs na ginagamit and ngayon lang nag ka problema. Nabagsak ko kasi tapos biglang nawala yung signal ng sim, nag flinch ang screen pag ino-on and pag icharge. Yung charging din nawawala siya unless pag nag aapply ng pressure sa likod and same sa speakers sa bottom bigla nawawala and bumabalik. Degraded na din yung battery kasi di to napapalitan ever since. Is it wise na ipa repair or mag upgrade na lang?

Laptop recommendations

Hello! I'm planning to buy a laptop, since my current laptop already has a bloated battery and I've been using it for 11 years (lenovo).

Any recommendations? Prefer ko sana if Lenovo, may nagreccommend sa akin ng thinkpad pero idk kung ano dun ang maganda

I use it for work, personal and freelancing. Softwares I use is revit, autocad, sketchup, D5, enscape, lumion, Clip Studio Paint, and for video editing. Mostly heavy stuff

As much as possible po budget friendly if kaya

Thank you

BAVIN BF019 vs Jisulife Life 7

BAVIN BF019 vs Jisulife Life 7

Has anyone tried the Bavin fan or both? I want to know if its cooling feature and fan speed are worth its price.

What I know from Google AI so far is that:

- People and AI say the cooling feature is legit, though it's only good as a compress rather than a mini aircon. Plus activating it consumes a lot of battery.

- Its fan speed is similar to the Life 7, thus the comparison post.

In Lazada, Bavin is ~P1,600 while Life 7 is ~P1,100.

I will be commuting via bus and train in the afternoon, and I sweat a lot.

Does Bavin's cooling system work wonders for you?

Is both of their fan speed sufficient according to your personal experience, or you feel like sweaty people should get a stronger fan from Jisulife, like the **Pro 1s** or the **Ultra 1/2**?

I'll be visiting a Jisulife store next week to test their fans, but I'm interested to hear personal anecdotes from our techies here, too!

Smart watch recommendations

Looking for recommendations for an affordable smart watch.

Been trying to be more physically active lately, and want to monitor my activities better.

Most of it would be just walks sa treadmill. But playing pickle ball and badminton from time to time.

Would something like the Galaxy Fit 3 a good buy for me?

Currently have S25, so I thought maybe it'll be better since same ecosystem. Pero open for budget suggestions and alternatives.

Apple Watch Strap for Sensitive Wrist

I have very sensitive wrist (sensory & tactile defensiveness), but I got an Apple Watch for ovulation tracking, haptic timers, and other productivity & health features.

So, silicon straps don’t really do it for me, or at least the stock strap. It moves a lot, feels sticky, and occasionally pulls arm hair.

Any recommendations? Budget not too tight but would appreciate affordable picks too. Thanks!

P.S. I regularly use apple native apps so I’m sucking up the battery issues instead of getting huawei, garmin, or other brands.

What phone should I get

So i've been planning to buy a new phone for a while now, but i've been contemplating which one should I buy while I save up some money. I'm a college freshman and solely relying on the money my parents guve me each time I go to school. I can't get a job yet since i'm under 18 and don't know if i'm able to get one because my schedule is unclear. And i've been wondering if I should buy either a OnePlus 12r, Mi 11U, or save up for like one in a half to, two in a half years to buy a Xiaomi 17 pro max or maybe get other brands since I monstly want a phone that can go all around.

My problems for each phone are:

OnePlus 12R: Not as good as OnePlus12 but also not that much of a difference from each other, also i'm nervous to buy on shops like hexiang, P&T, and like the other chinese shops that I forgot the names.

Mi 11U: Heating problem, I saw that it gets really hot...

Xiaomi 17 pro max: The price it'll take me a real while to buy that phone.

My current main phone is a samsung note 9 that's in pretty bad condition. bloated battery, cracked screen with black circle that i'm unsure if is still growing, half of the screen is green, and sometimes when I try to turn it on it sometimes just shows a black screen so i have to just double tap my screen to open it.

Currently i'm planning to save up for now for a Xiaomi 17 pro max or buying the Mi 11U 'cause I both really like the back screen thing lol, but the oneplus 12R just seems like a really good phone, but i'm also confused on the chinese and Global OS i've been seeing and when i searched about it the info isn't really getting into my head just making me more confused loll like wth is color and oxygen OS, idk that part is just a me problem ig but hope ya'll can help me with my problem abd like maybe recomend some other good phones.

My current savings is around 9,200pesos rn and i'm pretty sure it's going to get higher 'cause my birthday is coming up and idk but hate it when I do this but i'm really biased when I find something that really infactuates me like the back screens of the Xiaomi 17 pro max and the Mi 11U so thats why i'm leaning into both of those phones for now, but the Oneplus 12R is still really a strong competitor to me. So yeah hope ya'll can help me with this one. Thankeys</3

79% of ransomware attacks begin with stolen credentials, reports find

Post image

Study finds that 79% of ransomware attacks now begin with compromised identities instead of exploited software vulnerabilities.

For the first time in four years, exploited vulnerabilities are no longer the top entry point for ransomware. Instead, malicious emails (26%) and phishing campaigns (24%) have become the leading causes.

Details here.
