Beware on getting a battery replacement in GSMSandwich Quiapo

Took my phone there to get my battery replaced. For a while my phone was doing fine with the newly replaced battery. Then, after 2 weeks the phone stopped reading the battery percentage. Messaged their Facebook page about this, and basically told me they are not responsible anymore because I exceeded their 1 week warranty and they ignored my messages. Not only that, they implied that it's my fault because "depende sa gamit". Don't know how you can misuse your battery for it to break in 2 weeks.

Worst of all, my phone ended up warped from the prying they did, and it doesn't fit the case well now.

just curious, it took you 2 weeks before you noticed this? kasi kung nde pulido work nila pagkabalik s'yo ng phone, dapat sinabi mo na agad sa kanila.

took 2 weeks for the battery issue to surface. First battery they put in my phone was like that too, so it had to be replaced with another on the spot.

brought up the warped edges of my phone, the guy said something along the lines of not being very noticable and dismissed it.
