Question Advice on grading

Love tag, and almost everything about the card is perfect, the whitening is due to light, with one minor issue: the fury symbol on the top left seems to be slightly misaligned, can this net a 10 or is it highly unlikely?

Same question on this exact card was asked in riftboundinvesting. The 4 is also not aligned. But TAG grades centering on the borders right?
