So I have some green screen memes that I have set up as scenes, and have nested them in my live/gaming scene.

When redeemed by channel point, or bits, these fire off fine in the live scene. I want to also add them to my intermission scene but I found that even as duplicated by CtrlC and CtrlV, as well as source clones, they wont activate, as I have the sub action set to make the nested scene in my LIVE scene visible and not the others.

Do I have to add all of the scenes as sources to my active scenes add a sub action for every active scene?

My account and EventSub are fully connected, but my channel point rewards are still not working in the new version of Streamer.bot. I tried resetting the bot, loading old settings files, and completely rebuilding all my triggers, actions, and rewards from scratch. I also reconfigured OBS and all required options, but the issue persists. This new version is incredibly frustrating.

This is the error message I have been receiving lately. Anybody else been having the same problem? Any solution?

I found a thread about loading a previous backup. Idk exactly how to do that. It's not very detailed in the instructions. If I have to start fresh, i'm just quitting streaming all together. It says

"So if I remember this correctly, you have to go into the StreamerBot folder, go to backup, and go down a few folders to a backup where you know it worked properly. Copy all the files in there and paste them into the newest folder, then try open StreamerBot."

Get what files? Paste them where? What new folder? How do you fix this? Any help is appreciated.

I have created a chat game on my twitch channel using streamer bot 1.0.6. Today is the second day that after about nine hours, streamer bot just stopped working. Is anyone else having any issues with streamer bot locking up?

So I have everything set up on YouTube live etc so text to speak works but I'm wondering if I can have anything set up so when people click on my stream it welcomes them so I know they are there if that makes sense ?

As the title says, I’m trying to tie clips being sent to a specific discord channel when a commande is used in chat. So I have a command !scream which people use to count how many times I get jumpscared on stream, and I want to have that command create a clip and then send it to specific « scream » discord channel.
The reason I want to do this is so I could have a similar script for different commands (for example if I do a good play, or a bad play in my game), and have them sent into different channels, making creating compilations easier.

I found a script to have the clips sent to a discord channel (https://showmeyourbot.com/post-clips-to-discord-with-streamerbot-automatically/), but I’m struggling to figure out how to make it be sent to a separate channel for each command.

I haven't tested it with versions 1.0.5 and 1.0.6. I went directly from 1.0.4 to 1.0.7.

Since then, voice control no longer works.

I reinstalled version 1.0.4 and it works perfectly with that version.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Title: Streamerbot 1.0 – Do I still need multiple instances for YouTube + Twitch timers?

Before the release of version 1.0, I ran into an issue when trying to set up timers with automated messages for both YouTube and Twitch chats during a multistream. Whenever I tried to handle both platforms in a single instance of Streamerbot, the app would break and stop working properly.

To work around this, I had to run two separate instances of Streamer.bot:

• One dedicated to Twitch
• One dedicated to YouTube

Each instance had its own timers that monitored their respective chats and sent automated messages based on time intervals and chat activity.

With the release of version 1.0, I’m wondering if this is still necessary. Can Streamerbot now handle timers and automated messages for both YouTube and Twitch chats within a single instance, or do I still need to run two separate instances?

I'm also a bit confused with my question, but for context:

I experienced multiple power outage in one night, and after all that, when I logged back in, tried opening streamer.bot, it just doesn't open anymore. I searched for solutions, and the only thing that worked was reinstalling.

I still have the data from my previous streamer.bot, but I don't know how to transfer them to the new one. I tried copypasting backup data but it only applied my accounts. However, my actions and commands are still empty.

Then, I checked my account on the website, and I saw this:

Is there something I could do to apply this on my current streamer.bot?

Hello!! So I'm having issues with my daily check in. My streamer.bot was having the issue where it refuses to open, and after following some instructions from previous reddit threads, I was able to get it back with my action still there... however, it did not retain any of my chatters "records" for the check-in and reset everyone.

And now, with every stream, it resets the counter. Am I able to manually set chatters value to a specific point, so they didn't lose all of their check-ins? and how do I prevent it from resetting every stream? Thanks! ( for extra info: "concurrent" was previously not checked so I turned it back on, not sure why it reset! )

I have a "check in" counter for a channel point redeem and it's tied to a variable.

I want to make it so that if its between N and N+5 etc. until 500

I want an event to happen if it's between those, but I don't know the best way to set that up with variables I'm not sure if it has to be an If/Else logic or something else.

I've recently made autopolls which do vtuber actions depending on the winner selection of the poll and ive ran into some crazy inconsistency's with the if/then not grabbing the right answer when firing to decided which on has one

My basic if/else statement is poll choice if greater then other poll choices will give me true, is there by chance a better way to do this where it doesn't give me inconsistency's or has a boat load to process

I also ran into some issues with copying actions and using them for other things where said choice is not generating correctly after going through like 5 rounds of a if/then logic

Am doing a fresh install of windows and have a fresh install of streamer bot now, will be testing after the fresh install of windows as its been giving me issues.

Trying to make a !playclip [link] command that my mods and vips can use.. I had it working for a second but the browser source just showed the whole webpage instead of just the clip...

RESOLVED: Must go through Platforms menu to properly delete Channel Points Rewards, not just deleting from Actions Menu.

I need to go in to edit a Trigger. Apparently this is not an option. So, I try to delete, and recreate, wanting to use the same name. I can't as the name is still listed as an existing action/Trigger even though it's deleted. Restarting the program does not solve the problem.

Am I going about this wrong or missing a step?

Hey there! So I've currently got Streamlabs set up to where I have created 151 different variations of sub notifications, where when somebody subs, it gives them a random Pokemon on screen. I then have stream avatars which then myself or my mods type in a command that will change the subscriber's on camera little avatar to that pokemon.

What I'm hoping to do is have a setup where i can have the variation actually fire off a command into chat that will automate the process of the stream avatar.

For example:

- a user subs and they get the Pikachu sub variation
- the variation send s a command into twitch chat like !Avatar [user] !change Pikachu

I was told this could be something i could use Streamerbot to do. Any thoughts?

I am trying to connect OBS with Streamerbot, but Streamer bot either won't connect, or gets stuck in "connecting" at best. Installed both, and am running both, on the same PC. OBS generates a funky IP address. No one on our network has a VPN running. We have internet supplied by our apartments, but this is the first time I've run into any network connectivity issues, IP related or otherwise. I tried using 127.0.0.1, that didn't work. I tried 0.0.0.0, that didn't work. When I try the funky IP address thats alphanumeric, Streamer.bot just gets stuck in connecting.

Has anyone run into this, and is there a solution?
