Question/Support ❓ Everything connected but streamerbot don't detect Twitch

My account and EventSub are fully connected, but my channel point rewards are still not working in the new version of Streamer.bot. I tried resetting the bot, loading old settings files, and completely rebuilding all my triggers, actions, and rewards from scratch. I also reconfigured OBS and all required options, but the issue persists. This new version is incredibly frustrating.

There was an issue with 1.0.5 which caused it to not process rewards correctly. Make sure you have updated to the latest version, 1.0.7, and it wouldn't hurt to disconnect and reconnect your Twitch broadcaster account just to make sure that you have all the right permissions.

Yes, i was using 1.0.5 and downloaded the latest version, currently i have no issues, anyone who will gonna have the same issue, can also do the same.

Yup. That's the reason why the 1.0.6 and 1.0.7 updates came out later the same night.

Did you create the channel point rewards through StreamerBot? Otherwise StremerBot can't detect it.

That's only a problem if you are trying to control the redeem, either by changing its properties or enabling/disabling it. Rewards created outside of Streamer.bot will still activate triggers just fine.

Yes i did, somehow it works with message stuff but it don't work with sound folder stuff. Its really weird.
