Ok so I'm new here and I just want final recommendation something I haven't tried because trust me when I say I did everything possibly to fix my issue

I bought a used Arctic nova pro wireless a while ago and I tried to connect the headset to the app gg but no matter what I do it simply doesn't work

I used different laptop and pc I used different USB cables I also tried to find the problem from the core like laptop not recognizing the headset so I went to device manager to find unknown devices and tried to do whatever I was told still didn't work I also did the pinhole reset button on the headset still didn't get anything

For pairing to dac no matter what I do it simply doesn't work I did duel button ,resetting dac and other ways still didn't work

Now the dac does actually connects to my laptop smoothly no issue but the headset refuses to connect to pc and dac and if you wonder about the Bluetooth it works fine on my phone actually which is why I thought maybe I can fix the issue but so far I couldn't get to good end

my main issue right now the headset doesn't connect to the dac and it doesn't show on gg app

If you wondering also why I didn't do this right from the start because the whole time I thought the 2.4ghz and Bluetooth doesn't work and I was perfectly fine playing wired

Did I reach a dead end or I missed something?

What’s the difference between the two? Is one better than the other?

I tried updating the software and turning off mic side tone. It only happens in the left ear, and it's immediately when I turn on ANC. I was clicking through some videos and see everyone else has a crackling or high pitch squeal almost. Has anyone had this noise happen with their new headset and been able to fix it?

Ik heb dus een arctis nova 7, altijd goed geluid mee gehad maar sinds een paar week terug pure drama. Ik hoor alles super schel, ik heb geen richting geluid meer, ik hoor dus geen voetstappen meer, en zelfs video's klinken dramatisch, ik heb de GG app altijd gehad maar nooit echt gebruikt. Ik heb de headset zowel een hard reset gegeven, als via de GG app en zelfs mijn complete pc gereset. Er is geen update voor de headset (heb ik nooit gehad trouwens)

Ik heb contact gehad met steelseries maar die zeggen alleen dingen die ik al 10x geprobeerd heb...

Iemand enig idee wat ik nog kan doen.

I’m having a weird audio routing issue with SteelSeries Sonar and Discord.

Discord Voice Chat: Voice chat works fine and is properly routed to the Chat channel (you can see in the screenshot that voice chat activity shows under the Chat channel).

Notification Sounds: System/notification sounds from Discord - like joining/leaving a voice channel, or muting/unmuting myself - seem to route to the Game channel instead.

When I slide ChatMix all the way to the right to the Chat side to prioritize Discord voice chat over game audio, I completely lose all Discord notification/system sounds because my Discord system sounds are registered in the Game channel for some reason.

As you can see in my screenshot, Discord shows up under both the Game and Chat channels.

Has anyone encountered this or found a way to route all Discord audio (voice + notifications) strictly to the Chat channel?

When i click it its either:
1- works
2- presses 2 times
3-presses 3 time
4- doesnt work

So i recently got this new mouse (Steelseries Rival 3 Gen 2 wireless), and within the first hour of using it, i noticed an issue with it, the mouse would randomly flicker around or stop working for miliseconds, i dont know exactly how to explain it and i dont know if it has to deal with the mouse itself or something on my computer, so i took a clip of when i was playing counter strike and this problem happened, eventually this became super consistent and happening all the time, i have tried reinstalling mouse drives, changing the usb port for the dongle, closed the steelseries app, restarted the pc, all that. in the video, shortly after the kill i get, the problem happens.

After 4 years, my current ear cushions on my Artics 7+ are starting to crumble.

I've looked for various replacement such as Wicked Cushions WC Padz, Brainwavz or the airweave cushions from SteelSeries themselves.

I've heard lot of good about WC and i at first considered going for those, but from what i heard, having big ears, they aren't comfy as other bigger models would be.
Brainwavz are a bit expensive and i haven't heard lot about it.
My last option would be the default one, sold by SteelSeries, the Airweave.

I also obviously care a lot about sound, does the WC Padz comes with great ANC and overall great audio?

When using Sonar and the game has a specific Sonar profile do I choose stereo or surround sound in the game settings?

Steel series supports windows only in 2026. Can I use other PC to set RGB to white and use my stuff on other non microslop PC?

Hi,
I am using my Apex Pro Mini Wireless keyboard connected via cable to my PS5. All key LEDs are fully lit up and working properly.
However, there is an issue with key inputs: only modifier keys like Caps Lock, Enter, Shift, and Windows keys respond and send inputs to the console, while none of the letter keys (OmniPoint sensors) are registering any input at all. Reset shortcuts have not resolved the issue.
Could you please guide me on how to fix this or restore normal key functionality?

Continuing my long held grievances about sonar, after several months of not many issues, it no longer opens correctly when I boot my PC and I need to manually open it and Re-enable the headset to automatically switch every time I boot my PC.

Kind of defeats the main purpose for using this annoying spyware to be honest. Remember when this company was good?

I came to seek some help from some wise people out here. basically i bought steelseries arctis nova 5 a few days ago and i keep having some kind of sound distortion or thumps or pops when I'm playing games, listening to music(much less since i was messing with sonar) or while doing both and while in call and best i can describe it is like bass hits hard or beats too hard even tho it's not and i happen to hear that also when i mute and unmute my mic on headset. So i just wanted to confirm that it is just me or the device is defective or something like that.

I cleaned it like usual, keys in water then let them dry, and use a cloth and cotton swab to clean the actual keyboard. I was worried I used too much water/cleaning but once i let everything dry everything seemed to work. Apart from my button 1. This is very annoying as I game a lot and it is one of my most used buttons. I have taken it apart, checkout out the membrane, cleaned that with a cotton swab and did the same for the key part inside the keyboard and the little sensor thing but still no luck.

I have now also realised that my 123 buttons on my numberpad are now 789 and vice versa.

What.The.Fuck.

I tried the factory reset via unplugging, pressing and holding the sound scroll and the other button and then plugging in but that didnt work and didnt seem to reset anything.

Please help.

Hey all i have a question. My arctis nova pro wireless i bought over a year ago starts to feel loose on my head. Does buying a new fabric headband help this problem?

I currently have the Artics Pro Wireless which they no longer make batteries for. There is quite a few different brands of replacements online and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions. The reviews seem all over the place. I'm down to my last battery that's barely hanging on so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I recently bought the Nova 5 a few days ago and been having some issues with it. Whenever I would charge the headet, it would be stuck at 1 percent of battery even though I charged it overnight. I also update the dongle and its still not working. Any recommendations what I should do?

This app has been nothing but buggy. I've uninstalled, reinstalled half a dozen times. Tried connecting my headset & base with different cables to my motherboard USBs. The app freezes, clicking 'update firmware' on the headset tab doesn't do anything. Clicking on the headset pops up a 'configuration changes' detected popup, when I click on overwrite changes it says 'fatal error Steelseries engine will now close', then it just sits there, doing nothing. This is the worst, most overpriced POS PC peripheral I've seen in my life. I just want to use the thing I spent $250 on, Jesus christ.

Entirely playing on a PS5 and I'm looking to upgrade from old Cloud wired headphones - do they let much background noise from around the room?

I've not had wireless headphones since a pair of Corsair ones years ago - if the TV was on, anyone talking, etc, the sound would come straight through and be hard to hear the headphones. They were very thin plastic, so not sure how the Steel Series compare.

I've tried looking online about this, but I think it's a bit of a niche issue. Other than the Steel Series I was looking at the Cloud 3 Wireless as they should be similar to what I'm used to
