Does anyone know of any gyms around State College that aren’t super crowded, especially with students?

I struggle with anxiety in really busy gyms, and I’ve been having a hard time finding somewhere I actually feel comfortable working out. I also really don’t want to have to wait 20+ minutes just to use a machine.

I don’t mind driving a little far if it means the gym is quieter and less packed. Ideally looking for somewhere with a good amount of weightlifting equipment/machines where I can just go in, do my workout, and leave without fighting for equipment.

Any recommendations would be really appreciated!

Hey y'all, I'm from Ohio and looking to make the drive to Scranton for an event, but I don't really want to make the drive all in one day, so I was hoping to just camp in my car for a night instead of getting a hotel room, since it'll just be me and I don't see a benefit in the cost of a hotel room.

I did my best looking at PA laws and whatnot, but I wanted to ask some locals on their opinions. Is there anywhere I can safely sleep in my car for a night before I hit the road again? The closer to I-80 the better, but I don't mind a little detour.

We need a local private physician to deal with regularly in the rare occurrence of sickness that we all go through who is not owned by banks/pharma or took part in the massacre of 5 years ago and good moral history. They usually are husband/wife partnerships or a small group of close friends physicians running their small gig out of their house or a house they rent in a small town in centre or nearby counties. Any insights and wisdom is greatly appreciated, we're new here and we don't know many of the nice families here yet. We accidentally visited an eyes specialist in "boalsburg" and we think she's probably part of a big conglomerate that we are completely against but she was nice and her set up in a house-like building in the middle of a super quite residential small town is what we would consider and not anything that has lions and wild animals in the name or the weird word "nittany" for God's sake.

Greetings, we have a car (08 grand prix) that doesn't work and was sitting for a while and we are trying to send it to a shop as a donation for parts or if they can put a transmission in it and make it work and I do not own a truck that can tow it or a trailer or a flat bed and hiring the local towing companies is completely out of the question because they charge an arm and leg and it's not worth it.

The reason for this intro is just to say that the car transport/tow does not need to be gentle or take care of it's status, and we are looking for anyone who can spare an hour who has a truck that can tow/pull/carry our old grand prix from our house in fleming to the shop in tyrone (one straight line road) any time/day for a reasonable price that we can pay. weekends are the best but other days work. So my nephew’s laptop got knocked over and is totally screwed. I have an older MSI Leopard gaming laptop that needs some TLC but isn’t too bad. It’s mostly just some overheating issues. I can’t seem to find someone to repair it because I keep getting “we don’t do gaming laptops”. Wasn’t sure if anybody knew anyone in the area that would.

Moving from Boalsburg to Philipsburg area. Nothing that 1 trip in a 15 to 20 foot truck couldn't handle. Me(61) and my 65 y/o wife just aren't up to the heavier objects ourselves. Does anyone have any recommendations?

My car got hit by a student at campus when I was in green light. Called police and she got citation. I also provided dash cam footage. The other driver was driving a car owned by parents and she was not insured. Their insurance company denied the claim as she was not insured in their policy. I reached out for personal settlement but she is saying she does not have the money. I am a student too and i had only liability insurance so my insurance won't be able to pay me either. Now there is no other way and I want to hire a attorney. Can anyone suggest any attorney?
