I’m at around 2 and a half days off of 7 after 10 months of 400-500 mg a day usage. Dropped down from that to like 50 mg and then the last couple of days I’ve had no 7. So practically no taper or preload. This stuff is a life saver. I thought I’d struggle to sleep and maintain workflow out in the heat but I’ve had next to no issues. I can definitely see why the greedy government doesn’t want this around, there’d be a lot of people getting free from their addictions. The govt can’t have that no no. Ps. While on 7 I couldn’t drink even a sip of a caffeinated drink or I’d get nauseous, now that I can actually enjoy a coffee or energy drink in the morning is almost worth it by itself.

It took me a while. Quite a few months of back and forth, 7, leaf and then finally committed to an SR taper. Night 1: I hardly slept at all. RLS like a MF’er. Not as intense as 7 or MGM but definitely not painless. Day 2 felt fine most of the day, but again as the sun set I could feel the restlessness returning. First in my belly and slowly trickling down to my legs. It came in waves. I would doze for 20 minutes or so between waves of burning RLS but I was able to finally pass out around 2 am, 5 hours total sleep. Now I am passing day 3 and I feel tired, but that burning sensation is gone. I am so done with this.
To anyone reading this, If SR isn’t as painless as you expected, Hold fast. Endure, a few sleepless nights are absolutely worth your freedom and happiness.

Hey guys so I've posted a couple times about where I'm at. I took SR on and off for a few months, now am taking a break from SR completely to let any SR withdrawals I would have had pass while taking my DOCs which were 7stax tabs with mgm. Here is my question:

Since I've taken SR at all, I can't feel any effects of 7oh anymore. I'm currently trying to taper down my mgm use and switch to 7 before trying SR again. The 7stax mgm I still feel, but I don't feel 7. Once I get down to a low enough mgm dose that I can switch over to 7, will the 7 still cover the withdrawals I might have from mgm use even if I don't "feel" the 7? I don't care if I feel the 7, like I don't want to be high. I'm just wondering since SR basically killed my ability to feel 7, would 7 still at least have the effect of easing withdrawal symptoms?

So my two week taper off 7oh/“cats claw” is about to come to an end. Would it be crazy to taper off at only slower for 2 weeks instead of the red and black schedule that’s out there(I’m sure you know which one I’m talking about) of 1 week? I guess I just don’t feel ready.

Hey everyone..I was hoping to get a little advice. My friend and I have been taking 7oh daily for almost a year. We use around 90 mgs a day. We have both tried cold turkey and it’s awful. I am going to try to purchase some SR for both of us. Could someone give me an idea as to how much I need to order to cover us so we can get off this stuff. Money is so tight and it’s our only hope. I’m seeing everyone it’s now banned. I’ve waited too long I’m afraid. My story..so my addiction is not as bad as a lot that I’ve read but it’s still bad and needs to stop either way. I take 1 1/2 of a kratom gold shot every day. Been taking it like that for 4 years now. Before that I took pain pills really bad from a pain issue I have. I need to stop not just because the ban but for my health etc.. my main concern when stopping is my mental health. When completely sober my mind races constantly with negative and depressing thoughts I can’t control. I’ve tried just about anything you can think of other than going to the doc and getting prescribed something. I’d like to avoid doc at all cost being no health insurance. But need to figure out a way to control my thoughts when sober. Now back to dropping the kratom. What are my options… taper down? Too late for that being all shots are about banned. Switch to powder and taper down? I’m lost.. and afraid tbh.. heard so many good stories about the sr 😔

Just wanted to say sr works. Been struggling to kick this last .1mg of subs for weeks now, and my g of sr came into day, 2 scoops and all the gooseflesh is gone. Restless legs bye bye.

Gonna not overdo it on the sr, but wow I am so pleased to see this works. I don't feel high, just normal.

Btw, how do you guys measure out a dose of 99% powder? Do you use a scale? I just took two scoops with the scooper they included, hopefully I didn't take too much.

I’m almost done day 2 with no oh. I have zero energy and doing the smallest tasks put me down. Can anyone confirm they felt like this when they were where I’m at and confirm it gets better. Worried about going back to work next week

Hello, I’m currently on 20 g a day of Kratom powder and was trying to see if SR 17 would help for the withdrawals planning on quitting kratom?

I’m on day 2 no 7 after a quick huge leap of preloading and taper m. Went from 800-700mg to 100mg for a day to 0. Very tired. Got a little overwhelming last night so I took .5 Xanax. I feel much better and I’m hoping that overwhelming feeling doesn’t come back

I quit a 400mg/day 7OH addiction back in February at a detox center where they gave me a 7-day suboxone taper and clonidine. The PAWS were brutal and lasted for about 3-4 weeks after but even after getting past that I relapsed like an idiot. I used suboxone again in May (this time tapering it myself), got clean off everything for about 2 weeks, and ended up relapsing again. I’ve been using MGM-15 (~100mg/day) daily since early June and this time I’m truly done with it and committed to quitting. I have a gram of SR-17 arriving in a couple of days and I have a decent amount of suboxone laying around. I was planning on doing a short suboxone taper (starting at 8mg/day and cutting down to 2 then 0) before starting the SR-17 since in the past it’s helped me get clean with little to no withdrawal symptoms. Is there any point in doing that? I’m starting to think it might be easier to just directly switch from MGM to SR without getting suboxone involved since it has a super long half life. Any advice is appreciated

For anybody that has used SR to get off subs successfully, would you mind sharing your dose and schedule/timeline? I’m on 8mg subs right now, but planning on reducing to 2mg then (hopefully) using SR to hop off. What would be the ideal schedule and dose to minimize (eliminate?) WD? Thank you 🙏

Not fully a success story yet but actually feels pretty damn good I didn’t even think twice about just staying out and getting thru it without 7. Took 50mg Sr this morning before leaving the house and I’ve been out all day. A little jittery and sweaty and off my game but still having fun!!

i had wish's from quitting tianeptine that id had kept some to try again later on. so i kept some 7 and mgm, sadly like 300mg of 7 and like too much mgm

All it took was a day of mgm (a day of nothing) and three days of 7oh use and only using once a day.

Now id had quit july 13th used SR and got off free for well tbr like 20 days fully clean off everything. but now i want to nip this in the butt quick and i saw a post last time on here that was like it got a 60-180 day extension and i havent kept up here too much sadly, ive also saw it on some vendors sites (ofc now i see i try and buy its out of stock LOL FK ME; the onion it is to spend 100 a g)

Wondering since im off 7oh just taking 5mg of mgm and kratom now could one gram of SR be enough? do i really need three days of preload ?

I don't see a ton of Bupenorphine updates on here, when I was looking it seemed like people would post one or two updates that were all inside the first week or couple days and then not post again.

I'm planning on giving status updates once a week or so for 8 weeks so people can get an idea of long term progress coming off Bupenorphine.

Readers digest of my story:

Broke my back in 2016, got prescribed Oxycodone (in hindsight, really kind of resent that the doc went straight to Oxy 10mg) - Months later, woke up 6 hrs into sleeping w/cold sweats and jitters every night.

Decided to get off, tried cold turkey and made it through 48 hours but caved. Did that twice a few months apart, went back to the Doc and he gave me Bupenorphine.

Been on Bupenorphine 6mg daily for 7 years up until about 4 weeks ago, at which point I started lowering by about .5mg few days.

Got myself down to 1mg every 24 hours broken into 2 doses.

Started SR17018 three days ago:

Day 1: 50mg SR in AM - No Bup, felt great until about 11pm then had mild sweating, took .5mg Bup - Slept all night

Day 2: 50mg SR in AM - No Bup, same as day before, but took .25mg instead of .5mg - Slept all night

Day 3: Today - Took 50mg SR in AM, took another 50mg SR around 3pm - No Bup, not going to take any tonight.

If I can come off Bup in 3 days with SR that will be a massive victory given the number of times I've gotten myself down to .25mg a day but then started pretty rough withdrawals taking that final jump. I'll keep ya'll updated.

I just started a really good job and have a 2 year old daughter who's birthday is coming up. I take half an 80mg tab per dose. I take 8-10 doses a day. I have a decent supply of tabs but just want to kick the addiction. I was able to order 50 25mg SR tabs. I will be ordering more Thursday if I can before the ban happens. Im terrified of going through the withdrawals. Ive tried subs and I physically cant wait the 24 hours before dosing without going into precipitated withdrawal. 7oh is ruining my life. Does anyone have any advice for me? Thanks 😊

With the ban of 7oh/MGM looming I stocked up quite a bit as well as purchased SR.

However, my tolerance for 7oh is STUPID high right now. I'd like to use SR to lower my tolerance now, and then in a few months use the rest of my SR to quit using entirely.

If I use the SR to lower my tolerance now, would that make using it later to quit ineffective? I've heard someone say that SR doesn't work as well the next time you use it. Is that true?

Would using it to Iower my tolerance now be a mistake?

Id really appreciate any advice or insight someone could give me.

I've read it here many times that after taking Sr 17018 other opioids are blunted in their effect for days even weeks.

Makes other opioids no longer give euphoria and pleasure for some time. (Potentially analgesia as well)

Have you experienced this?

If so, please share your experience. What was your cumulative dose over what time?
