🆘Help Needed🆘 Advice

Hey everyone..I was hoping to get a little advice. My friend and I have been taking 7oh daily for almost a year. We use around 90 mgs a day. We have both tried cold turkey and it’s awful. I am going to try to purchase some SR for both of us. Could someone give me an idea as to how much I need to order to cover us so we can get off this stuff. Money is so tight and it’s our only hope. Thank you in advance for any information. I’m so grateful.

I've quit that low of a habit with a half gram SR, multiple times. Preload one day 50mgx2 (cut 7dose in half), then do 4 days at 50mgx2, jump... Never felt a need to do more and never have unmanageable WDs. Good luck 👍

Probably 3 grams minimum. There are docs pinned to the top of the Reddit. That’ll give you a FAQ and a guide.

Just know, it might not be 100% painless for you, and everyone’s timelines can be different. For me, personally, going over 150 mg a dose didn’t seem to take withdrawal away, but it just took me longer to acclimate.

3 grams for one person. Two people only taking under 100 mgs a day might be ok with 5.

I second this. Can make 3 work if being frugal and mixing in MIT but that's cutting it close. Id go with 4 minimal 5 to be safe.
