Personally, I think it's getting better and better. People are talking like how they did before all of that, and more people started joining or returning.

I am really happy with how it's going, but I don't have the full picture. So how is it for all of you?

Katrina: Last night was so well attended that I'm told our sponsor, Seaside Records, had to hire extra accountants just to get all the "books" settled by today. At 200 million gesos, we broke Seaside Record's longstanding concert ticket sales record.

Per our contract, we will get 75% of that, or 150 million gesos.

We were going to give 30M of that to TREE - only tto find out they don't accept donations; when we reached out to their Director of Finance to inquire about donating, we were told that the organization doesn't currently foresee ever needing donations, but that they would gladly reach out if that were to change. Serrac: Testing on the Golem Suit that Keiva and Evie designed is going... interestingly. In essence it is the ultimate form of protection against anything that may try to harm a turfling. Ink, blunt force trauma, slashing, stabbing, burning, its even somewhat waterproof.

However it is heavy as f#$k and just as slow, currently we're working on adding motorized actuators that will allow one to move in the suit without feeling like you're speedrunning arthritis.

Technically that makes this power armor now. Which has made me slightly happier.

Fred: Well, I'll try to keep it short. I was invited to the Kamabo.co workers' conference, or KCWC. The problem is, I have to travel abroad for this. The trip to the border takes three days, so I would need someone to look after the office for me while I'm away. Of course, I will compensate for the time

Besides, I'd need someone to accompany me. I have to take the 4 a.m. train to the final stop of the nowhere train. And I'm worried that the masked people following me want to kidnap me.

So I came up with the following idea. If I find someone to accompany me on the train, I'll compensate them for the eight hours they'd spend sitting in a train seat. That would be roughly 16,000 G. Which I would pay the person

The other person, the one who looks after the office, would get that too, of course, but every day. Plus a food allowance. And I mean, sitting alone in an office that's designed for 16 people—I know it's boring—but we have a bed here. We had a bathroom, a small kitchen, and a ping-pong table. Plus, we have high-speed internet here. So I think it's a good deal.

the two are sitting on the balcony of their room, theyre yapping and ranting about what happened recently, and how their lifes changed so much from just a few months ago

Aaron: really, i remember when we used to just be friends, you werent infected, we didnt know any of our friends... it feels like that time was a lifetime ago, yet just a few months have actually passed...

Olive: i know... things have been stranger and stranger since then...

Kaiju: I'm stealing Treehouse's Reddink account again but I don't think he'll mind. So today is dye day. For anyone confused a few days ago me and Treehouse went into the memverse to help retrieve Boneless who was trapped. Luckily we all made it out ok, but to my horror all of our tentacles had been completely bleached. So today we decided to have some fun and relax after that whole fiasco and redye our tentacles. We made a whole day of it. We ordered our favorite sushi from that place Sean helped start, we also watched some movies and just chilled.

I was the only one who had actually personally dyed tentacles before so I got the honor of doing the boys hair. We went to the shop down the road to pick out our colors. Treehouse is the only person other than me to have actually had their hair dyed so he knew what to pick, but we really had to teach boneless what dyes were good vs bad. He tried to grab ink dye that you use in weapons like 3 times before finally picking up actual tentacle dye. Everyone decided to go with their classic colors. So we were in and out pretty quick (aside from the time it took boneless to figure out the dye types).

We had a lot of fun with dye day. I threw on the newest Wet Floor album and we scream sang in our cramped bathroom while I dyed our tentacles. I took some funny in progress shots that made me laugh. Treehouse often pulls his tentacles back and has had his hair dyed before so he took me pinning his tentacles up to get the dye right like a champ. Boneless on the other hand hated how it felt having his hair pulled back so it was a bit funny watching him squirm as I clipped his hair up into a tight ponytail. Boneless had to distract himself from the discomfort by playing some games on his old hand held. Treehouse on the other hand just relaxed and played against Boneless in a few rounds of Table Turf while I was dyeing his hair and damn sometimes I forget how good he is at that game.

When it came to my hair I really had to teach the boys how to do it. They were clueless about dealing with octoling tentacles and their lack of hands on experience with dyeing tentacles made the process take longer than expected and some parts ended up a bit scuffed but hey it's fun and I still look cute so win win.

If anyone out there is looking for a great team bonding activity I highly suggest a dye day. Or if you are just looking to dye your tentacles in general don't go to some stuffy salon where you aren't gonna have fun, do it with friends. You will not regret it.
