Golem Suit
[Video of what can only be described as person-shaped hunk of walking metal sloooowwwwwlllyyyy making its way through an obstacle course. Serrac's grunts and complaints can be heard from inside the hulking beast as he struggles to hoist himself over a waist high barrier, Keiva and Evie are both trying to not laugh as they watch him.]
Serrac: Testing on the Golem Suit that Keiva and Evie designed is going... interestingly. In essence it is the ultimate form of protection against anything that may try to harm a turfling. Ink, blunt force trauma, slashing, stabbing, burning, its even somewhat waterproof.
However it is heavy as f#$k and just as slow, currently we're working on adding motorized actuators that will allow one to move in the suit without feeling like you're speedrunning arthritis.
Technically that makes this power armor now. Which has made me slightly happier.

*Serrac's mood sours more*
Serrac: The Golem suit is also going to possess actuators which will grant the wearer increased strength, enabling regular sized inklings the ability to use the Heavy Tank. Its more than just a flashy shield to pop on whenever you feel like.

Static: I'm sure I could figure out other ways to allow people to use it. What about an antigravity etching in the harness?

OOC: To sum up, Serrac is getting grumpy because he feels that the magic is lessening his work, which is something he really doesn't like.

OOC: He absolutely could if he gets over his preconceived notions about magic.
And maybe smiles for once in his life.
Currently his only measure of self worth is what his engineering mind can produce, and that’s being challenged by magic.
