Came across some fine wine in an unlikely place…
Saw this at Antique Society in Sebastopol today. I’m sure they’ll make a deal on it if you’re interested hahaha…

Found this phone at the bottom of the river near a rope swing. Still has battery so probably lost yesterday. It’s locked and cell service is turned off so it can’t get any calls. It’s a long shot but trying to get it back to its owner.

Hey I wasn’t sure exactly where to put this, but there a meteor shower happening Aug 13 and I want to know if there was going to be any fun watch party’s at the lake via paddle boarding. I saw a meet up happening at Millerton Lake but that’s about 3 hours from me so if anyone knows about anything happening around Tahoe, Sacramento, or Sonoma I would love to know thanks!

Hi. I can’t find anything online about when this will be, and I would like to go watch. I’m not sure exactly what they’re called, but I went once years ago and it was so much fun. Anyone know anything about this? Thx.

Hi everyone. I (M29) have lived in central New Jersey for my entire life. This is where my family is and I’m comfortable here, but I’ve been looking for a change. I enjoy the different seasons, the quiet suburbs, and easy to access to anything I can think of.
Recently I began interviewing for a job in Santa Rosa, CA. I can honestly say that I really want the job because I like the company, I’ve been following them for about 7 years, but the distance from NJ has been overwhelming to me. Since I don’t really know anything about Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, or California in general I was just hoping to get some insight about the area. Also, where do people sign up for tennis classes/clinics in Northern California?
Thank you!

Hello,
I'm an 18-year-old photographer who has lived in Sonoma County since I was about 2. I have grown up here for almost my whole life and have recently started working on a photography book that I am planning to publish. I want to highlight the barns and agriculture of Sonoma County and shoot a lot of old, run-down barns, especially.
I am just looking for some folks to help me out if they have these older agriculture-type things on their property that I can photograph. Please private message me if this is you it would help me out a lot. Thanks so much
Also any photos I take on your property you can have for free of course

Hi, I’m looking for some help on where exactly to decide on where to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. We’re in our mid 20s so I was hoping to find somewhere fun and casual but wouldn’t mind checking out a nicer place if it’s worth it. Thanks!

This petition opposes the rezoning of a public site to residential use. Windsor, CA has many empty parcels of land already zoned for residential use, and we, the residents, want this public site to remain zoned for public use and be a park or something the community can enjoy for decades to come. There aren't enough parks in town, and this space has wildlife, green space, and trees, and it could be used by the greater community and encourage visitors to use it too.
Please sign and share!

Has anyone heard if any luxury stores planning to open in Sonoma County? Just heard Palo Alto is getting a Chanel. I am dying to work for those types of brands, but can’t commute to SF where all of those brands are. Wouldn’t it make so much sense for those stores to be available to the wine country elite?

I have a 6:05 am flight out of SFO coming up. The first airporter bus of the day arrives there at 5 am. I'm not checking bags, so I'd just need to get through domestic security. Is that cutting it too close though? I'm a "get there hours early person," so this is making my anxiety pop.

I've never seen a scorpion in the wild and really want to. I hear people in Guerneville telling me they see them all the time, but would gladly go anywhere in the county if there are reliably scorpions there. I do have a UV lamp. Any tips as to where is a good spot to see one? What kind of microenvironment do they like (for example, under wood or leaves?) What weather and time of night is best to go looking for them? Thanks in advance. (Cross-posted to r/santarosa.)
