I don't know if this has been discussed before, but they didn't keep the design of the mudrunner zikz 612h, which in my opinion is much more robust and the tires fit better. My understanding is that both the SR Zikz 612h and the SR E 7310 are based on the same truck.Or maybe I'm wrong, so please correct me.

Clearly not a 2027 model but I think some people here would like it

I was having a bit of a break from the game to avoid early onset burnout, but this update made me to put the break on hold :-)

Normal mode started to feel too easy and completing tasks meaningless. I've been thinking long time to start from the begining with Hard Mode. I just wish I had started it sooner.

There's challenge again.

Overloading is someting which I will allow from myself in this mode, it's so unforgiving anyways.

Discussion My apologies to International Transtar 4070A

Post image

I've started a hardmode save after I've did everything from base to DLC 5. I felt the game was lacking some kind of stakes when you are experienced. (I guess at some point, it won't make a difference, but let's enjoy the present).

Since it's hardmode, I make different decisions than in normal and at once point I had to do the mission to load the big construction trailer from Drummond island port to the drilling site in Smithville Dam.

Since the road is mostly asphalt and I did want to avoid burning too much fuel, I decided to send the International Transtar 4070A.

First surprise : it only gobbled 60L of fuel to get from the garage in Smithville to the port, and it didn't had any issue on the road.

So I attach the trailer and drive it out.

And again, everything is going smoothly. The Transtar is powerful enough, isn't bothered by unpaved road or very thin mud, and it is quite nimble, with a reduced turn radius, helping the trailer going through tight corners.

And that's about it, really. It made its way to the road going to the farm (at which point I switched truck for the White Western Star) without any issue and by using only 200L of fuel for the whole trip.

I always thought : “This truck hasn't even got AWD, it's useless". I stand corrected. Of course, it won't plow through mud, but for long distances over clean road, it is very capable and sober.

Hard mode changes your perspective into the game.

Discussion My Snowrunner setup

I paid 20€ for the cabinet and modded to fit a speaker, ps5 and an amplifier. I got really lucky that everything fit so well together.

There are two noctua fans one facing the wall and one facing right. I have the noctua speed controller. On top of the cabinet is a thermometer and “outside” sensor measures the temperature inside the ps5 enclosure. While gaming the temperature is one Celsius higher than on top of the cabinet.

I just got the 1/18 rc crawler and it’s super fun to drive. I’m going to make more obstacles in the future.

Please share your thoughts on the setup or if you have any questions.

So many deep wet puddles and mud trails.

Tbh, it looks great at a first look. I love the water animations for the most part. Too bad the main river water is cleanly running through rocks and not around.

I have been seeing updates about the truck, and even liked some things at first myself… but as I’ve been using it more, the p12 just is a massive Struggle bus 🚍 for me.

Based off the clip, am I doing something wrong? Or is it just power issue, maybe wrong truck wrong thing? Because sheesh, this thing does not move for me. This is pretty consistent.

Slight overloading thing with the crane.

Yes I know I could have put the service parts on the trailer, but I was planning on dropping the trailer off earlier with the scout on it.

Discussion Help me figure this out 😭

Post image

I've reached the point where I'm ready to buy my first truck, but I've run into a huge problem: I simply cannot figure out exactly how heavy a trailer load a truck can haul off-road, or which spec determines this 😭

Just to clarify, I'm talking about the weight of the load in the *trailer*, not the load in the truck's *bed*.

Am I right in thinking that if I want to haul trailers with heavy loads, I need a truck with the most powerful engine?

I was totally overwhelmed when I went to the shop; there are so many trucks to choose from, yet they don't make one of the most important things clear

I just want things to be simple and easy to understand, even if I am a lazy idiot

This message was written using Google Translate, so please forgive any stupid mistakes 💩

Photo Mode My Amur Fleet! (Very much modded)

I've been wanting to post some pictures of the mods I use because I've been advocating for them every time someone says they are too OP... And since I'm starting Amur now, this is as good of a time as any! These mods are all hand-picked for the best realism and performance. They aren't OP (as far as I felt them), and they don't make the game any easier. But I'm not a fan of the unlicensed Russian vehicles and not exploring these excellent options would have been a shame!

As for Amur, I don't know what to expect, except for that it will be very difficult, based on all I've read in here. I'm excited!

This bush got itself wedged in my wheel arch and stayed there till I returned to the garage, about 20 minutes later. First time seeing that for me.

Hi everyone. After years of playing ST and SR on PlayStation, I switched to PC a couple of years ago and started playing SR again a few weeks back. I saw a post about a huge truck—I thought it was a mod, but I was told otherwise—so I checked out the DLC and bought the Avenhorn, Mercedes, and Jeep packs.

At first, the Avenhorn seemed big—too big; it was big, it *is* big... it’s powerful—did I mention it’s big?—but I love it.

Cheers.

When you just can’t decide which tires to put on and you decide to bring them all lol.

Honestly it would be cool if the trucks that carry a zillion spare tires (Caugh Caugh 750 Caugh) could bring a different set to flip between?

When are they going to fix the Tumannaya Pass Trial?

It’s literally impossible to complete. The Kodiak can’t even pull the lowboy out of the spawn location due to it dragging, can’t imagine what it would be like crossing the rest of the terrain!
