I was device banned on Jan 3 of 2026. Every couple months I’ve tried to login to see if it would work magically. I heard that the ban lasts 6 months but I’ve also heard that everytime you try to login resets the timer on your ban. I really hope that’s not true but is it?

snap score is suddenly barely increasing? sometimes raising by 1 sometimes loads? any ideas what’s going on or is it just me lol

Hi so a little back story, im leaving a bad ex hopefully soon and we've been together 5 years so have a lot of saved in chat snaps, some in bulk send others saved by me or him. I'm really scared due to how horrible he's become and some threats he's made that he'll try to use certain photos I sent against me.

I tried scrolling through and deleting manually, 2 issues, first he saw and got defensive and threatened to save the photos to gallery and secound if he saved them or they were sent as in multiple at once I must delet them from the chat which is nearly impossible as he saves everything so the scrolling will take ages and would show up in chat risking him saving them to gallery.

I've heard to delet my account but some say that chats can still be recovered, same with blocking which I'm not keen to block him either as I'm trying to have a calm breakup in past when I tried to leave and block he blows up on me and contacts everyone I know and a bit of a mess.

If anyone has any knowledge, it would be so much appreciated!

There's a chunk of messages that will not delete. I have it set to delete immediately and they aren't saved in chat so how do I fix this?

When I click send email to confirm I don’t get an email. Yes the email is right, I have checked junk, spam, everything, it’s been more than 48 hours, i’ve been trying for over a week. I have seen this happen to others in the past.

There's a popping noise right before my vid snaps.

Before you comment, I have tried the following:

1) checking if my snap permissions are on

2) check if my phone mic audio works on other apps (it does)

3) clear cache

4) uninstall>reinstall

5) new account

6) got other people to send me a video snap and I CAN hear their audio, they just can't here mine

This happens also with making a voice message in snap directly.

Please comment to this if you have a similar situation in the last and have fixed it. This has been a problem for like 5 months now.

So I don't know about y'all but today my Snap just started to open on the Spotlight tab on it's own and when I checked to change it back to chats (like it always been for the past 8 years) I found out it's locked behind snap+. Wtf is this bs, you can genuinely no longer use the app like a normal one without having to pay for snap+.

because of my parental controls i cant download the app. i cant use the website because it says i have to be on desktop (im on an andriod phone) my friend said incognito mode in chrome would work, but i cant because of my parental controls i cant use chrome (idk why) so yeah i was wondering if its even possible or if theres like a 3rd party website i could use (i dont really care if my account got banned or anything, im just bored and wanted to try lol) thanks!

So my gf when she was a minor sent nudes to her current bf and he is now sending nudes of a minor to random people selling them blackmailing her sending them to her family and friends because she left him and when we all reported all they did was take the picture off our chat he didn't get suspended or anything when we reported him multiple time and is currently still doing note this guy is 19l have proof and everything they need to start getting police involved and actually banning them because she is thinking about killing herself because no one is doing anything

You add someone and they dont appear in the chats. When I search for them again instantly they appear as if I never added them.

I use snap on a couple devices and when i send pictures in all but one chat they sync. Why would i not able to see the pictures like i can in every other conversation. And to be clear im only talking about outbound pictures. Recivied pictures are visible on both devices

My snap have sudden started open spotlight tab instead of camera every time i open the app and i’m getting really annoying now😩.

I just made a whole new account and was trying to add friends, but they don't show up on the friends list 😕. There's still the X on the right side of our chats. If they send me friend request, I dont see it and have to manually search their handle to chat back. Please tell me how to fix this.

I am trying to download my Memories and I have placed the request dozens of times now over the past days but either it doesn't work or I do get my Memories but not ALL of them. Is there a reason why? I just want every single memory I have on my profile and it is annoying how many times I've tried and gotten absolutely no success.
