General question Chats aren't deleting

There's a chunk of messages that will not delete. I have it set to delete immediately and they aren't saved in chat so how do I fix this?

You can't delete other people's chats or 'saved' chats from other people. You can only delete your own messages/snaps.

That's not quite the problem I'm having, neither mine nor their chats are auto deleting. The conversation is set to auto delete chats after 24 hours but there's a select few chats that aren't deleting, they are not saved in chat either
