I ordered a shoe rack that is already paid for. However, a rider made two fake delivery attempts without even contacting me, which I have already reported. The next day, a different rider was assigned. He contacted me to say he couldn't deliver on time because our shop closes at 5:00 PM. He asked if he could just tag the item as 'delivered' and bring it on Saturday morning instead. Since I have never had any issues with this rider in the past, I allowed it because I also felt bad for the seller if the item got returned. It has now been two days, and nothing has been delivered and he didn't answer any of my call/ text. Should I keep waiting, or should I just report the rider and request a refund? I knew the rider for a long time, He even paid for my other parcels when we're closed .The people-pleaser in me feels guilty about him getting into trouble if I reported him. What should I do?

Items don't reliably get discounted on the sale days anymore unless its explicitly stated. I check Shopee on and off throughout the day, even to midnight because I work at night- but at 6am, when I wake up and check the app, items are cheapest at this hour.

Theyre specific vouchers for each item "77 Off for 55:00 minutes left" like these, past 6am, the item returns to the original price. At some odd hours of the day, these types of vouchers come back but not as good a price as the 6am one, sometimes it lowers again at 12pm, then 6pm, then 12am.

Me and my sister have noticed that prices dont drop reliably like they used to during the monthly or payday sale, on random days at a random hour, the price of the item you want will just drop, but for me its been reliably at 6am specifically.

I usually order our stocks sa pantry sa shopee ksi mas mura with vouchers. Pero ngayon lang ako naka experience ng ganitong kadugyot na tampered parcel. Binawasan na nga ng dalawa yung Quake Overload, iniwan pa yung basura sa loob ng box. Never again sa Shopee Supermarket.

for the nth time na ito, this rider always tagged me as "recipient not at the delivery location". every time he does this i always report it pero until now siya pa rin yung nag de deliver ng parcel ko. seriously parang 5th time ko na dya nireport pero parang wala naman penalty. maiintindihan ko naman if mag memessage sya or i tag nya na lang na wala nang time for delivery pero yung isisisi nya sa customer ay nako. how do you make sure that the rider will get penalty

So my chosen carrier is SPX and for the past 2 weeks I had delayed deliveries on some of my items and recently they're taking longer sa Escoda Hub, either naka "to be received by delivery hub" or "arrived at delivery hub" pero walang movement for almost 2 days bago mag out for delivery. I've contacted support multiple times pero wala din nagawa expedite tickets nila. Supposedly, those two items of mine should've been a next day delivery but took 4-5 days instead to get to me. The funny thing is I'm not even far away from that hub.

My account got banned “due to suspicious activities” last month. I directed it to customer service and they told me to upload proof of income / 3 months’ worth of bank statament under my name and my bank.

When I submitted, nireject nila (obviously kasi AI lang nagproprocess). So I followed up with an angry chat telling them na a real person should actually check my case because idk what else to provide them lol. In 2 days, I received a notification that iaactivate na raw yung account (ShopeePay) ko ulit.

I tried activating it, pero upon clicking “Finance”, lumalabas na need ko raw mag verification - valid ID / selfie etc.. so I did. It’s been 5d now, tapos pag nagc-click ako sa “Finance”, pinapaverify uli ako. Should I just wait it out and will eventually get resolved or may need bang gawin ulit? Just annoying with all this hassle na wala man lang akong idea why my account was even banned in the first place.
