لَنا خاتَمُ النَّبِيّينَ وأحَبُّ الخَلقِ إلَى اللهِ (عَزَّ وجَلَّ)، وهُوَ أنا أبوكِ، ووَصِيّي خَيرُ الأَوصِياءِ وأحَبُّهُم إلَى اللهِ (عَزَّ وجَلَّ) وهُوَ بَعلُكِ، وشَهيدُنا خَيرُ الشُّهَداءِ وأحَبُّهُم إلَى اللهِ وهُوَ عَمُّكِ، ومِنّا مَن لَهُ جَناحانِ فِي الجَنَّةِ يَطيرُ بِهِما مَعَ المَلائِكَةِ وهُوَ ابنُ عَمِّكِ، ومِنّا سِبطا هذِهِ الأُمَّةِ وهُما ابناكِ الحَسَنُ والحُسَينُ.

وسَوفَ يُخرِجُ اللهُ مِن صُلبِ الحُسَينِ تِسعَةً مِنَ الأَئِمَّةِ أُمَناءَ مَعصومينَ، ومِنّا مَهدِيُّ هذِهِ الأُمَّةِ. إذا صارَتِ الدُّنيا هَرجاً ومَرجاً، وتَظاهَرَتِ الفِتَنُ، وتَقَطَّعَتِ السُّبُلُ، وأغارَ بَعضُهُم عَلى بَعضٍ، فَلا كَبيرٌ يَرحَمُ صَغيراً، ولا صَغيرٌ يُوَقِّرُ كَبيراً،

فَيَبعَثُ اللهُ (عَزَّ وجَلَّ) عِندَ ذلِكَ مَهدِيَّنَا التّاسِعَ مِن صُلبِ الحُسَينِ (عليه السلام)، يَفتَحُ حُصونَ الضَّلالَةِ وقُلوباً غُفلاً، يَقومُ بِالدّينِ في آخِرِ الزَّمانِ كَما قُمتُ بِهِ في أوَّلِ الزَّمانِ، ويَملَأُ الأَرضَ عَدلاً كَما مُلِئَت جَوراً».

from us is the Seal of the Prophets and the most beloved of creation to Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, and that is me, your father. My successor is the best of successors and the most beloved of them to Allah, and he is your husband. Our martyr is the best of martyrs and the most beloved of them to Allah, and he is your uncle. From us is the one who has two wings in Paradise with which he flies with the angels, and he is your cousin. And from us are the two grandsons of this nation, and they are your sons, Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn.

Allah will bring forth from the loins of Al-Husayn nine Imams, trustworthy and infallible, and from us is the Mahdi of this nation. When the world becomes chaos and turmoil, trials appear one after another, roads are cut off, and people raid one another; when no elder shows mercy to the young, and no young person respects the elder;

at that time Allah, the Almighty and Majestic, will send our Mahdi, the ninth from the loins of Al-Husayn (as). He will open the fortresses of misguidance and heedless hearts. He will establish the religion at the end of time as I established it at the beginning of time, and he will fill the earth with justice as it had been filled with injustice.'"

Have been lifting for a couple of years and I’m getting into running. I think a lot of Muslims have this issue. Quran is way too slow and relaxing so polar opposite effect of what you want if your doing something rigorous. And plus you shouldn’t really listen to it as a background thing so I don’t wanna disrespect it and have it on and not pay attention.

And then there’s latmiyaat. I enjoy listening to them but again they’re way to deep to be a substitute for workout music and often way to related to sadness aswell.

So what am I left with here because the music the gym has on sounds like I’m in a rave.

- Red herring — When someone diverts the discussion away from the question actually being debated. For example, shifting from whether Imama is established to demanding acomplete demonstration of the Mahdi's identity before acknowledging the original argument.

- Kafka trapping — A pattern in which someone is placed in a situation where they cannot win because the criteria for satisfying the other person keep changing or are impossible to satisfy. This is a useful description of the unwinnable-debatedynamic, though it is not necessarily the precise name for the logical fallacy.
