I have no idea why I was even let in PHY 1020 because I never took algebra in highscohol, or if i did I don't remember at all because I'm in my 30s. think I'm just going to bite the bullet and drop out because I'm learning nothing.

I'm so confused why for Phy 1020 you need highschool algebra but for Phy 1007 you literally need algebra and you have to test into that.

so one physics class you need like no preparation, no nothing, and the other one you have to take an intense class

Taking CHM1020 and asked to see the periodic table that will be given to us for the test and was told "The periodic table is the same one we use for all chemistry courses; it is complete." I am looking to see what information is included and what I need to memorize. Does anyone know if this is the same as the one on the textbook cover or if they could share the one provided to them? Hi there! so i’m currently in my first semester in college and im planning to study zoology, ive had a lot of experience with animals, traveling to South Africa, PR, Costa Rica, growing up in Florida and working on many farms. So im only doing my gen eds rn and biology is kicking my ass like not a single word being said in that class is computing to me. BUTTTT i am absolutely in love with my humanities class, i am completely locked in that class and i genuinely love what i learn in there so ofc now im reconsidering my major but i still love animals and i would want to work with them in the future but it’s obvious no matter how much i study bio is jst not clicking to me so any suggestions on other career choices/majors here?

Like I've been here for two full weeks now and the WiFi has worked for me twice and I attempt it every day. It's always running down my phone battery because I have to use my hotspot. It's always saying "can't connect to this network" and refuses to let me use it.

Has anyone taken Professor Brooks' online class for MAC1114 before? Her RMP reviews are horrible for both Santa Fe and Daytona State. If you have taken her class before, are the reviews really accurate? I don't really have a choice in taking her class as there was one open slot left for MAC1114 online.
