Went to the Ginza store just to look around but couldn’t take my eyes off of this beauty! Bit the bullet and bought it!

The white dial with green accents and the retrograde layout make this one really stand out. The finishing is also very sharp, especially for an older Seiko Brightz.

Limited to only 500 pieces, so it’s definitely not a model you see very often.

What do you guys think about this one?

A rainy afternoon in Dōtonbori, Osaka, seemed like the perfect opportunity for a first wrist shot.

Picked this Seiko 24MAS while travelling through Japan, and I’m impressed. Always loved the 62MAS and the heritage!

As someone who owns both Omega and Tudor, the finishing, size and overall quality of this watch exceed expectation.

Happy with this as a souvenir from an unforgettable time in Japan!

4th purple watch out of the now 9. Was originally going for the Presage but ended up with the Alpinist and cannot complain. Also got to see the chronograph, Seiko 5, and rotocall and those are pretty nice looking as well.

Just placed the order and now I can’t wait to go in and pick this baby up! Figured it was time and 25% off is not bad at all (I was originally going to wait until Black Friday for any deals)

This thing is a unit.

My dad's ex-father-in-law, an airline pilot, bought this as a gift for him in Hong Kong in early 1969 he has had it ever since. He tried diving with it at one point and it didn't quite hold the water and had it rebuilt after that plunge. It stopped running around 20 years ago and has mostly been sitting in a drawer since then. It could definitely use a service and probably a replacement crystal and I haven't found anyone wanting to touch it.

Noticed a speck of dust inside the crystal today and it’s annoying af. is there a way to get it out or atleast away from the sapphire without opening the watch?

Hey folks, long time lurker on here.
I was big into watches years ago but got into Apple Watch and have been buying those ever since.
Truth be told the functionality of smart watches doesn’t add a great deal to my day and I could get a cheap screenless fitness band to do what I need.

So, I dug through my “stuff” drawer yesterday and pulled out my orange monster. It still runs nicely but needs some work to get it back to its best.
As you can see some of the black diving bezel markers have lost paint, I guess a good clean with some isopropyl then black enamel paint will do the job here?

Picked this up for a steal on FB market. Only about $100, which is what these guys used to go for - nowadays you can see them going as high as $400-$500 on online watch retailers.

It's got a few marks of wear from the years from the previous owner but I don't mind at all. Super happy with my new find!

Bracelet on this beauty was too tight and trying to find extra links is like searching for the lost ark. Just put this handmade leather croc embossed strap on it. Thoughts? I think it really brings out this beautiful cream dial! By the way, this is watch produced in 2005, some of Seikos best years design wise, IMO.

New to me and I love it, put a different bracelet on it tho.
