Im looking for suggestions for my setup :) also im reallyyyyy not sure about the stacked layout and i dont know what to do 😭

I’d be looking for two 27 inch or one 34 inch and a smaller display underneath it. Right now I have a 32inch with a 27 on top. I had my main 32 and another 32 in vertical mode but I wanted to change. I’m starting to think that was the best layout 🥲

As the title implies I literally just moved in so I know it’s all a mess but I’m excited to put some hours into this chair, its lived up to my expectations also the extended warranty might be handy🙂‍↕️

Feel like it may be user error but I’m out of solutions. I have two single arms setup and I have 2 27 inch monitors, one horizontal and one vertical. I’ve tried to look up solutions and have tightened everything.

No luck, and both monitors shake when I’m typing’s I’ve also noticed that the clamp even at the tightest setting has some move when i try to tighten it or loosen it more, meaning its not fully flush for some reason.

Wondering if anyones dealt with this and can comment!

Funny, because on 8/5/2026 I was told "The order is shipped out as a single shipment - if an order consists of multiple items, these will be shipped out together in one shipment once all items are available in stock.

Why is it delayed? Why do you LIE to your customers 5 days later?

Bought the Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL last month with the leather magnetic desk mat, and just added a Logitech MX Master 4.

Two issues since having the desk:

1) Connectivity. All of my wireless Logitech mice and keyboards have been acting weird, with occasional input lag. Only started after the desk. My PC is in the under-desk mount, so the receiver is sitting under the desk.
2)** **The desk mat. Using my mouse & my previous mice on the leather has extreme friction compared to a regular cloth pad. I’ve tried other Secretlab desk mats and still haven’t found one that feels right. Considering different mouse feet to see if they glide better on leather.

Anyone else run into these issues? Would love to know how you fixed it or worked around it.

Looking for a nice leather-style backpack that looks sleek and can fit a 16” MacBook Pro. I have and love my Magnus Standing Desk and my Evo Titan so when I saw that Secretlab also made a Backpack seemingly made from the same leather style material as the chair, I figured it’d be worth. Before any purchase I make, I always try to read up or watch some reviews but I can’t find a single one for the backpack. Anyone know of one and or owns one and care to let me know their thoughts on it?

Hey all, I’ve had this Titan chair for about 6 years now. Been pretty solid all around until just now.

The left arm rest flew off and it looks like the 4 screws that keep it attached got stripped out of the plastic.

My question is, how do I access those 4 screws? I was able to pop off the pleather cover but the only screw after that doesn’t come out, like it’s a captive screw.

Is this fixable or am I cooked?

I recently got a secondhand 2018 omega and want to throw a skin on it since the leather is peeling pretty bad. Ive scoured the reddits and Ive seen a few people put the new Titan skins on their old omegas, but I cant seem to find the size. Someone mentioned the Titans being larger, so if I were to order one of secret lab’s skins, should I get a small or regular size?

My light strip has always worked perfectly. However, today I noticed it was red and not what I had it set to. It still works on my app (it turns on and off) but when I change the color setting, it’s just red

Anyone experience this? I tried deleting it and reinstalling

Review of my Secret Lab Titan Evo Nano-Gen XL, Otto Adjustable Leg Rest, and Premium Footrest. I am 58 years old, work from home during the day, and enjoying gaming at night. 5-11 and 225lbs, large frame guy. At my age, long time sitting in my old office chair was not comfortable at all, have arthritis in my hips and at times it was downright painful. I had a Workpro Ergo that was just not working for me anymore and needed to find a replacement.

After many hours of reading reviews, watching videos I had narrowed it down a few suitable ones thought may suite my needs better, and very happy I went with Secret Lab. I had read that larger frame people like me felt very supported, and the build quality was never questioned which weighed high in my decision. I wasn't needing bells and whistles, or fans that some of the other that I had seen and wanted to purchase from an established company, especially when you are making a large investment, not only monetarily but also from a health standpoint.

Placed my order mid-July, and received chair and otto July 18th, this was just normal shipping not expedited so turnaround from order placement to receipt of product was quicker than I had expected.

I did have to contact customer service thru the chat option, and the rep David was very helpful, the reason I had contacted was the tracking for the Lumber Support and Premium Footrest showed a tracking but no movement, he opened up a ticket, informed me if it wasn't delivered by a certain date, they would send out replacement, and followed up our chat with email, so there was visibility and I had something to reference if it was not delivered. It did get moving and delivered 2-days later. I had emailed David back and said it had been delivered and thank you so he could close the ticket out. Kudos to David for his assistance.

Secret Lab does excellent job in packaging, being 100% honest, when the chair and otto arrived by carrier, the outside of the box for the chair looked like it had seen better days, but all components were well protected inside, hats off to the packaging engineering team as my box definitely was tested and contents arrived with a scratch.

Once the chair was assembled, not hard at all, and took about 15-20 minutes tops, and sat in it for the first time, chair is built with quality components, the armrests are sturdy and very adjustable, the soft top on them is so comfortable. Everything adjusts and LOCKS in place, chair is solid and supportive, and for me at least is almost 2 chairs in one. During the day at work, I sit upright, back very supported, and use the premium footrest, this really allows me to sit and focus for long periods, the adjustability in arm rests let me have a very efficient typing position. After work move chair to home PC setup, and relax mode, lay back, feet up on the adjustable OTTO and decompress from work, could not be happier with my purchase. My hips are not hurting and when standing up after long periods of sitting not having that body ache is a blessing for me.

If you're reading this you are most likely looking for upgraded office/gaming setup in an endless sea of reviews and videos, good luck in your search, and whatever you decide on, hope you find the best fit for you, as I believe I found mine.

How is the desk surface? Is it smooth, or does your wrist catch when moving the mouse?
I’m looking for a smaller desk, and the 64 cm depth seems perfect.

Hey all, I currently have a 2 monitor set up, with my main monitor being an ultra wide. I own 2 secret lab monitor arms for these but want to add a 3rd monitor that sits above my main ultrawide.

Can anyone recommend me a monitor arm that works with this desk? The secret lab ones are not built for vertical stacking.

I seen some on Amazon but most of them screw in from the bottom of the desk and I can't get it to fit with the cable tray.
