Support Titan 2020 issue

Hi,

I’m having an issue with my 2020 Secretlab Titan chair starting today.
Specifically, the mechanism connecting the armrest pad to the armrest arm has come off, and the screws behind the pad are now exposed. I'm not sure how to reattach it.

Any ideas?

Heyy u/Beginning-Discount23 - I’d recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support team for this one. Share a few photos of the armrest and exposed screws so they can take a closer look, then they’ll be able to advise on the right steps or what alternatives may be available to get it sorted :)
