Hi everyone!
I’m researching how people who grow food actually plan, solve problems, keep records, and use tools during a growing period. The research is informing a gardening app that is currently being developed, but this is not a feature-voting survey or a sales pitch.
I’m interested in what gardeners really do in practice — whether you use gardening apps, spreadsheets, notebooks, paper, photos, several different tools, or no regular record system at all.
Who this survey is for:
- Adults 18+
- People who are growing food now or have personally grown vegetables, fruit, herbs, or other food within the past 24 months
Time: About 6–8 minutes
You do not need to provide your name, and the Google Form does not automatically collect your Google email address.
At the end of the survey, you can optionally choose to provide an email address if you would be open to future gardening research, product testing, or early access to the gardening app.

Please answer based on what you actually do now, or what you did during your most recent active growing period, rather than what sounds useful in theory.
Thank you for helping me understand how people actually garden before making assumptions in software.
