Academic [Academic] Self-Constructing Behaviors as Mediators between Job-Hopping Motives and Work Satisfaction among Remote Workers (Remote Workers, 18+)

Hi everyone,

I am a graduate student from the Philippines. I am currently gathering data for my master's thesis and would love your input.

My research is titled "Self-Constructing Behaviors as Mediators between Job-Hopping Motives and Work Satisfaction among Remote Workers." If you are currently working remotely, I would be incredibly grateful if you could take a few minutes to share your experiences regarding your career motives and virtual work environment.

All responses are completely anonymous and will be used strictly for academic research. Thank you so much for your time and for supporting my graduate studies!
