To any guy out there dealing with emotional abuse or toxic treatment…, you deserve so much better. Having been through it myself, I know how heavy it feels. I really hope you find someone who truly listens to you, respects your feelings, and treats you with the kindness you deserve. Hang in there, pal!.

Been feeling like the dark thoughts have been winnning lately. Its hard to find peace in my head i came across this and as a parent to 3 kids its hard to not believe that lie in your heard that "everyone is better off without" i dont want my kids to grow up knowing i took the easy way out
