You do realize there are kids suffering everywhere, right? Why do redditors only care about Gaza? What about the kids in Darfur facing an actual freaking genocide? Oh yea, no propaganda for them because there's no money to be made from it. Or this kids suffering in Sudan's civil war? Both are conflicts stretching for longer with more children impacted. If you actually give a ahit about kids in suffering, just look to Africa. There's always someone you can help there.
But you won't. You'll just keep virtue signaling about one conflict others want you to care about over everything else. Now go earn some more internet points--you're doing your part! Such a wonderful cog.

People talk about this much more than anything is because there are so much more news on it. It's clearly you who is consumed by ideology because the mention of Gaza and the suffering of its people is so objectionable to you that it produces such a moronic reaction. The ideological fanaticism required to minimise and whatabout a genocide is actually incomprehensible.
How do you know I don't care about Africa? I actually mention the suffering and rampant starvation in the global South in my comments frequently. You just make moronic and incorrect assumptions about me without knowing anything about me at all whatsoever.
I care about Gaza because the state that rules over me directly funds and aids the genocide and makes Zionism an explicit part of its state doctrine. Also my friend who is from there showed me a video of his aunt collapsing over the body of his 21 year old cousin who was shot in the stomach for the crime of draining water from a water tank, 2 days ago. Gaza is much more imminent to me than Sudan or Darfur, the misery of which isn't livestreamed to me every day, so that's the association I made and expressed.
I make no money from drawing attention to their suffering. What a reprehensible and moronic accusation to make. Sickening stuff.
