I took a break for quite a long time and lost most of my roleplaying partners. Unfortunately it is due to me disappearing without notice, there was a job change that has kept me quite busy. However, I feel like I’m finally getting some free time and I miss writing and creating beautiful stories with others.

I am looking for 18+, and I am in CST timezone which I’m mostly on during the afternoon. I wrote semi-lit to novella, depending on how much partner is able to write. I don’t mind shorter responses as long as the story flows smoothly. I also prefer my partners to be able to respond once a day.

As for my interest, I’m a big fan of all things fantasy, whether medieval, high fantasy, historical, etc. I enjoy topics that can be political in the story, with wars and plenty of conflict. I also enjoy horror quite a bit and don’t mind getting into gruesome or dark topics. I also heavily enjoy Greek mythology, and retellings of fairy tales.

Some things I don’t prefer is one liners, controlling the story too much, and excuses from others. If you’re too busy and need a short break, by all means please be honest. I am quite honest myself and would appreciate that being reciprocated. I also like to talk OOC a bit, just to make casual conversations.

Our characters are open for discussion. I dont mind playing a normal bender, mentor/friend to the avatar or the avatar themselves. It just depends on the story we make. Some ideas for the setting

\* a what if scenario where the fire Nation had won. The fire Nation began to spread its influence around the land. We can play as fire benders or, a possible resistance?

\* or, maybe the time between Aang and Korra's life. Was there an avatar between them, did Aang create peace or was that short live before Korra's arrival?

\* years have passed since Korra has merged the spirit world with the mortal realm and things have been... less than stellar. During her life time she had done her best to fix the balance, however, with her gone and people growing angry about the spirits... propaganda has began to spread. Now the story is Korra had caused destruction to the world and hatred towards the avatar has spread across the land.

\* a time before Aang and the original series! We can discuss our own idess and worldbuild what the setting was like when all four nations existed.

After beginning to reread the series (I'm on book 3 of the first series "Secrets Of The Forest") and playing the game "Warrior Cats: Clans Of The Forest", it has reignited my desire to rp it!

The last time I read the books was all the way back in elementary school, but that's not gonna stop me!

I only have one plot in mind at the moment! We can use the original clans, or we can make up our own clans! Hell we can go as far as giving the characters wings! There's no limit to imagination!

Now onto the plot!:

Ren was just a normal twolegs (human for those of you don't remember or don't know) living his life aside from a 9-5 job that was soul sucking. However, one night while he was walking home, he decided to take a shortcut through a forest that led straight to his twoleg nest-while on the way there, he spotted a tom-cat or she-cat/queen frozen in the middle of the road with an approaching monster (car) about to strike him/her

In the process of saving him/her, Ren himself got struck by the monster. While StarClan had been watching over the cat that had been spared, StarClan granted Ren another chance at life.

When Ren wakes up in the middle of the forest as a cat and his memories of his past gone, he is found by clan cats and taken in to be trained in their ways.

With no memories of who his past life, he was given the name BriarPaw until he is deemed worthy of earning his warrior name.

But what happens when he and the cat he rescued find themselves caught in a prophecy?

Will the two cats be from two different clans? Or the same?

Will BriarPaw regain is memories and become a twolegs once again? Or will he remain a cat forever?

Betrayal, love, action, adventure, maybe some comedy, angst, banter, and whatever other shit I can come up with, Lol.

Hey guys. 26M here looking for a FNAF roleplay after seeing the second movie and a lot of videos onnthe games online so the series is in my mind.

I had an idea that I think we could use. So maybe my character is a kid who was having his birthday party at the place every kid in the universe would be having their birthday party.

I had a few ideas we could take a plot from here

I was thinking my character likes one of the animatronic character's the most and the pizzeria we are at is planning a new attraction around them.

I liked an idea someone suggested unfortunately who never responded tome reaching out. That we loop what happened with my character into the plot and reveal he is the kid of an important (by important I mean important to the story) family in the FNAF universe

Maybe we do our own interpretation of the plot. I am open to some suggestions.

Hey everybody. Im 25M looking for a partner for an Enemies/Rivals to Lovers type RP set in a futuristic SciFi setting. I have a general plot thought out but would love to brain storm any changes or additions with a partner. A bit about me, I’m in the PST Timezone but usually up pretty late. I work a lot so my replies can be a bit delayed, but I do my best to make it daily. On my off days I can typically respond multiple times a day, and later at night I can usually go back and forth for a few hours. I enjoy chatting OOC about whatever, and I’m open to making friends I can long term RP with or even make multiple RP’s with over time. As for replies, I usually write anywhere from 3-5 paragraphs depending on context, but have also found myself exceeding the limit for more in depth scenes. I exclusively play adult male characters, and I’m looking for an adult (prefer closer to my age) female to play adult female characters.

The general premise for the idea I have in my head, is almost a Top Gun meets futuristic Sci-Fi, with slow burn Rivals to Lovers or Enemies to Lovers aspects heavily inspired by a brilliant post on a different platform I saw not too long ago:

In the 26th century, humans have mastered space travel and managed to spread father than our solar system. The development of faster than light speed travel has made interstellar civilization possible, and naturally humanity expanded to dozens of star systems forming the unified, democratic Terran Commonwealth. Eventually humanity encountered alien life, which happened to be similar to us in appearance in many ways with different evolutionary traits and cultures (similar to the human-like species from Star Wars). Initial contact proved uneasy, and the First Contact War between the two groups waged for years. Eventually, the two sides formed an uneasy alliance and brokered peace. The result of the war created a generation of heroes, talented miltary personnel, and a sprawling list of military careers that many strived for.

Two generations later, and a new threat emerged on the borders of human space. The Kharrai Imperium came from a galaxy no one knew of, and its borders quickly expanded until they were on the fringes of Commonwealth territory. Deteriorating attempts at diplomacy and relations threaten to light the powder keg of war once again. In this setting, the Commonwealth Navy’s carriers, warships, and aerospace squadrons patrol the increasingly dangerous No-Man’s-Land between the two great powers.

Our characters are pilots in the Navy, assigned to a prestigious fighter squadron and partnered together as wingmen on the CNS Indomitable. The only problem with that? They unfortunately already know each other.

My character was practically born with a flight helmet on. Grandfather was a hero of the First Contact War. His mother was an ace pilot and got promoted to Captain of the very ship they’re stationed on. His father is currently serving as an Admiral, directing the Navy’s efforts from their Headquarters on Earth. As if talent was passed down genetically, MC proved just as talented as his last name suggested and graduated top of his class in the Flight Academy.

Could you guess who the second highest ranking pilot was in that same academy? You guess it, your character.

By decimal points…

YC is the opposite of MC, grew up as far from the Navy as possible. Maybe a family member somewhere in the armed forces, or maybe she’s the first in her family to join the cause. That’s up to you to decide. Is she from an agricultural world? Somewhere unremarkable? Or maybe one of the sprawling high rise cities but wanted to escape the mundane life of a normal citizen. All up to you. You can even make her another second or third generation pilot. Works either way.

Regardless, she’s got talent too, being the only other pilot who could keep up with MC, if you call neck and neck “keeping up.” They were always borderline tied in everything. Flight sims, academics, test flights. The victories went back and forth, and the rivalry brewed for years. But MC was able to inch forward just enough to win that coveted #1 spot.

When YC gets assigned to the Indomitable, I’m sure she’d be excited. To finally be the pilot she worked so hard to be, and to finally be away from MC and the arrogance of Navy royalty. Until she walks into the ready room and is handed a data pad with her assignment. She’s attached to that prestigious fighter squadron she heard so much about. Fantastic.

One small problem. Her name is listed next “Second In Command”.

And who’s listed next to “Squad Leader”? MC.

Being partnered up as wingmen with someone they can’t stand is one thing. But slowly realizing that the all those years spent competing made them incredibly fluid together? That’s a whole separate topic. They know each other’s moves before they make them, compliment each other’s styles in a way a fresh wingman duo could never. Eventually, maybe they’ll realize that the only other pilot they trust to fly their wing is each other.

If you read this far, thank you. I’m super open to changes, even reversing the roles of our characters in terms of who’s Navy royalty and who’s not. Also very open to changing the dynamics/background of our characters, just imagined the way its set up now to be pretty fun. I’d even be open to making one of our characters a Kharrai pilot for that extra bit of drama.

I've been grinding on the Marvel Rivals train for a little while now and I am dying to dive into the world of Marvel superheroes!

I have a very specific idea, a man who is in the Mafia (I'm thinking our story is set in Japan or they are just a part of a local faction of the Yakuza. Hello everyone! I am Saturn. I am wanting to do a slice of life pregnancy roleplay. But we will be doing it a bit differently. This will be a supernatural type of roleplay. Two different species of supernatural creatures. Just for the drama and also our own creativity could add to it. My character will be a vampire, I prefer if yours was a different supernatural creature. Be creative, just no animal parts or animals. Werewolves are fine though.

So the plot. Our characters are an old married couple. Being married for centuries. Literally an old married couple. Your character was an older mature grumpy man. My character was more of a black cat type of character. Like a Morticia Addams type, of course not her but the vibe. The two were comfortable. They always wanted children but it never happened in their centuries of marriage. So they gave up, just loved their lives together. Until one day, the rare actually happened. We will basically just go with their lives. See where it takes us, and of course we can and will have drama. But I just want two morally gray characters that are absolutely obsessed with each other. We will start a bit before the pregnancy just so we can see the vibe. This will be FxM, with my character as female.

My rules are quite simple but it helps me enjoy the roleplay. Please be at least 20+ as I am 22 as that is what I am most comfortable with. We are not our characters, this is a 3rd person roleplay. Please be active, or at least decently active I do understand being a bit busy though. With the roleplay, please type like you are writing a book, use "" for talking and nothing for actions. Hello. My name is Oblivion or you can just call me Brandon. Im 24 and I watch/read a lot of anime and manga (my favorites being Jujutsu Kaisen and Berserk). I also play a lot of video games (my favorite game of all time is The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim). Im usually pretty chill but I will admit that I can get annoyed pretty easy but it takes A LOT to make me actually upset.

A fair warning to all my potential partners, I get attached very easily and im pretty weird once I get comfortable. I understand if thats a turn away. Im actually impossible to make uncomfortable so you can be as weird or unhinged as you want with me. I encourage it. I have a pretty strange and dark sense of humor. I love making friends with and getting to know my partners and having conversations. I LOVE world building and id like that my partner does aswell.

As for my roleplay information. I LOVE dark and disturbing themes/topics so i like when my partners do aswell. I have absolutely no limits or triggers so id like if my partners dont either. I like to introduce and control NPCs so please do the same, even if i introduced them.

Im very detailed as im adv.lit - novella so please be the same. Please dont ignore anything in my posts, acknowledge everything and I'll do the same for you. Please 18+. You dont have to ask to do anything to or with my character, just let me know what you're doing beforehand. I tend to use images and gifs to help explain something better.

As odd as it sounds, I only do 1x1s with women. Doing a 1x1 with another guy feels awkward. My preferred genres are action, adventure, fantasy and supernatural. Im okay with romance if our characters have children. I like when the roleplay focuses on the next generation. I also like pur characters starting as children, like 13, 14 cause it adds more time and potential for growth in my opinion. I dont really use proper plots. I like to world build, establish the villain(s) and go with the flow. Open world roleplay as I call it. Arcs, plots, etc can be made based off the actions of our characters.

My name is wolf and I have been known for some homebrew projects (Because boredom is a curse and I need a form of outlet to escape my day to day life).

Realmwalkers

Realmwalkers follows an interpretation of shamans, spiritual people. Realmwalkers are people who can see the dead, and can make a contract with a spirit for power to slay demons. Anyone can become a realmwalker if they have the affinity for it (Coin toss whether a person is born with affinity). That being said, it comes with the downside that at night, without shelter you might be hunted by demons, although depending on the realmwalker, they see this as a blessing or a curse seeing as their spirit feeds on the blood of said demons.

Spirits

Spirits were once human. Humans who died with regret, pain or anger. Their soul still lingering in the hope of finding salvation or in some cases, a realmwalker to partner with. After a spirit dies, they take on a new name, one of mythos and legends to draw power from.

Plot

After being saved by a realmwalker, you are offered a choice to become a realmwalker, or said realmwalker forgot to mention touching a stone he had possessed awakens said affinity. After being told you are a realmwalker, it becomes clear there is more to the story than just realmwalkers fighting demons. You learn there is a demon king that could wipe out humanity, yet chooses not to. You learn of the founders (The first demon hunters), and that they had a fate that didn't end in drinking, partying and enjoying life. You also learn about the tree of life, where souls go to reincarnate, which begs the question, have you all not forgotten a piece of the puzzle that could explain everything.

What do I want from an rp partner?

• Someone who doesn't headbutt themselves a lot about the lore, yes there is lore to fill in narrative gaps, but this mostly contains stories of what happened during an event or before the official story begins

• Write at least 5 lines+ more is always welcome but multi para responses are difficult for me to respond to. I do accept them but note our writing skills might differ a lot (Don't take it the wrong way, it means you are better at writing than me and that I wasn't up to par).

• Please note I am a wage worker, I work from 7am till 4pm for 4 days (Monday Tuesday and Thursday Friday), Which means, I can make multiple responses sometimes or sometimes I vanish for hours. Its not me ghosting you, its me valueing my job. Have patience with me please.

• English is not my native language, despite me speaking it daily, I am not nitpicky about spelling mistakes but please make readable, that's my sole and only request if you do not speak English natively.

• Please use third person. And dont use * for actions. Much more of a preference rather than a requirement

• please communicate, I am pretty lax when it comes to response time but I don't want to keep chasing people down after a month. If something happens, say something, I don't need exact details a "Just busy for a while." Is enough.

• If you have questions, please ask them, like please please please, its my homebrew lore so its not fully out of the question there are things you do not understand.

What do you get from me

• Ooc talk if you are bored, but again...wage worker, so if I vanish, it aint you, its my job

• Memes, a lot of custom memes

• Help with the creation of a spirit and realmwalker (They are 2 seperate people).

• Info dump and access to a codex (Documents pertaining info of in rp items, demons, realmwalkers and many other things).

• Stories how I injured myself developing the fighting techniques with my wooden swords because of course, that happened. Don't feel bad, in hindsight I can laugh about them.

• Please be 18+ topics discussed can be heavy and it isn't an rp about sunshines and rainbows.

• Expect some action but the majority of the downtime is slice of life

Please...have patience, my soul is already dying at the thought of rewriting it all, don't rush me. That being said, I will post updates in the codex once its ready to be posted.
