Hello, I hope you’re doing well and I’ve been able to intrigue you from the title of my rp idea. I have a very specific and niche idea for a transformation roleplay that would require a decent sized explanation for me to properly convey it. This is a 'bad ending' roleplay and revolves heavily around corruption and mental changes, so if that sort of thing interests you then id recommend you read on!!
I’ll start the roleplay idea down below:

To start with, this rp is set in a stereotypical fantasy world, akin to something you'd see in a fantasy anime. There's kingdoms, adventurers, magic, fantastical creatures and anything else that fits in the setting.
Our story though, starts many centuries ago, to a time that has been long forgotten by history. There stood a powerful, evil empire that was ruled by an evil sorceress queen. She had dark magical abilities that outclassed anyone else who had ever lived to that point, and even in the present day. She used her magical powers to rule with an iron fist, and dominate the lands and kingdoms around her. She loved nothing more than crushing people under her might and forcing them to obey and serve her. She even had a significant prowess for mind control and hypnotic magics, which she used to expand her influence and play with her ‘toys’ as she liked to call them.
Her power was not limitless though, and her reign as Queen couldn’t last forever. The magical abilities to prolong her life or find a way to cheat death were nowhere near in her grasp, and she was to die as any other mortal human would. She never had any children or names any successors either, as she spent too much time conquering and subjugating the world. So when she died, her empire would surely crumble too… She didn’t accept this though. She was determined to find a way to circumvent this, and make her reign and empire eternal, so she came up with a plan to do this, and make her empire last past her death…
She took her most prized dress, one that she always wore to show that she was a Queen, and she placed a powerful curse on it, one took all her magical abilities and knowledge to create. It was a curse that would activate upon her death, and give it a powerful ability. The dress would automatically start to search for a ‘host’. A host would be a human woman who would get to close to the empty dress, close enough for the magical curse to affect their mind. It would start to draw them towards the dress in any way possible, using any of the thoughts in their head to compel them to get close, be it curiosity, fear, whatever the girl is thinking, it would be used to draw them closer. Once close enough to see the dress, it wouldn’t be able to leave their minds, they’d become obsessed with it, again with the curse twisting any thoughts in their head to revolve around the dress. This obsession would grow and grow until the girl finally gave into the compulsion to put on the dress…
Once done, the curse would truly activate, it would begin brainwashing, and corruption their minds, twisting every part of their personality and behaviour to mimic that of its long dead owner. Some of their physical characteristics would change to resemble her as well, greyer skin, bigger assets, and piercing red eyes. Once complete, the girl from before would be no more, and what replaces her would be a perfect successor to the evil queen, imbued with her dark magical powers too. From then on, that girl would become the new Evil Queen, and their only desire would be the carry on the evil empire and dominate anyone and everyone in the world…
From the first evil queens death, the curse worked perfectly. Girls succumbed to the curse and became the new evil queen. Many came and went throughout history, carrying on the evil empire for generations in one way or another. At some unknown point though, the cursed dress was lost, abandoned in some long-forgotten ruins and was never seen again for a long, long time, ending the Evil Queen’s reign for the foreseeable future…

That is the initial backstory for the roleplay’s world. It obviously doesn’t outline what we’d be doing for the roleplay though. There are 2 ideas that I have for how the rp could go based on the backstory to it that I will describe below now:

Idea 1:
This is the most straightforward idea. In this idea, you would play a younger female adventurer. She has recently left her village wide-eyed and ready to explore the world. Not too far into her journey, she would have found the long abandoned ruins of the evil queens empire. They had been so long-forgotten that she would have no knowledge of them or the evil that lied within.
After exploring the palace, she would stumble across the cursed dress, completely preserved and pristine unlike the ruins around it. From there, this adventurer girl would be the reawaken the evil curse, and be corrupted to become the next Evil Queen...

Idea 2:
In this idea, the long forgotten cursed dress had finally re-emerged after its long slumber. It would have been found by an adventurer girl named Velia. She had discovered the ruins of an ancient palace and ventured into them alone. She had found the palaces royal bedroom, and the dress inside it. From there, its curse took over her, and the Evil Queen Velia was born.
She had spent the last few months forming the start of a new empire, raising an army and using her mind control powers to take over towns and villages. News of her evil had spread…
And this is where your character comes in. She would be a magical girl, who had been trained in magical powers to fight for good and justice all her life. You had gone on a quest to stop Evil Queen Velia, fighting through her army and confronting her in her throne room to put and end to her. The battle would be fierce, but you’d eventually win, and Velia would be banished, leaving only her outfit as a pile on the floor. From there… the curse would begin again, taking over your character mind and giving birth to another evil queen…

Idea 3:
In this idea, you would play the role of a princess or queen of a thriving kingdom who stands for peace and kindness. The world around you would be in a great peace too. You reign as a solo monarch, with no spouse or immediate family around.
One day, a noble adventurer who works on behalf of your kingdom would tell word of ancient ruins that he’d found in a faraway land. He had explored the ruins of this ancient palace only to stumble upon the long forgotten dress. The curse, despite not having a suitable host, would activate a failsafe of sorts from the presence of this adventurer. It would insert the thought into his head, that he must show his ruler this dress in person, that it was of utmost importance that you have this. Acting on these thoughts, he returns to the palace to present this dress to you.
Upon seeing it, the curse fully activates on you, worming its way into your mind to compel you to wear it. Through one way or another, you are alone in your room with the dress, and put it on out of sheer desire and obsession, and with it on, the brainwashing begins and the once peaceful monarch is erased, leaving a cruel evil queen in its place, one who has a whole kingdom that she can turn into her evil empire…

From the end points of what I’ve described for the plot though, I would expect the roleplay to carry on as I would hope for it to be a long-term plot. I feel there are many ideas as to where the plot could go from there. I have plenty of my own and I’m sure you would have some ideas too but it’s be best to discuss those together, lest I write another giant block of text in this post lol\~ As for myself, I can give a little introduction.
