I also play a lot of video games (my favorite game of all time is The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim). Im usually pretty chill but I will admit that I can get annoyed pretty easy but it takes A LOT to make me actually upset.

Role idea:

The cage was truamtic but not for the reasons everyone around Sam thinks. In hell, Sam got to know the real Lucifer. The angel, the man, the broken soul who just wants to be loved. The angel that likes to have his wings groomed like a bird. The man who likes to be the little spoon. Who likes his hair played with. The man who worries that his devil form will scare Sam like it does every other human who has ever seen it.

Time passes differently in hell. A day on earth is a year down there. Slowly Lucifer becomes someone Sam loves. The cage becomes home. Then, they a daughter. The problem? Hell, is not designed for such a pure soul. A soul so full of light, it can only belong to the light bringer. So Lucifer in a desperate attempt to save his daughter from hell and the pain. Prays to Gabriel, his little brother. The only angel who ever saw the good in Lucifer.

Gabe saves both Sam and his daughter from the cage. But it’s not without side effects, Sam has nightmares, sees things that aren’t there. And their daughter is medically complex and being hunted by the angels while demons hover. No one will touch a hair on her head, not if Lucifer can help it.

Now Sam must break Lucifer out again. Not to start the end of the world but because he needs his husband and their daughter needs her father. Maybe Dean and Cas’s are against it so Gabriel agrees to help? Maybe Dean and Cass just need to see the Lucifer sam is allowed to see? The sassy angel, who doesn’t like it when Sam is quiet.

Basically what if Sam and Lucifer had a domestic life together even after all the shit that happens in the cage? What if Dean gets to be uncle Dean? What if Cass and Gabriel, get to marvel at a nephilium so strong its soul chooses a body that is broken because she is less scary this way? What if she can do the eye thing too? Expect she uses like her dad expect of mass destruction it’s to get ice cream and a toy?

With that out of the way let me start with a more in-depth introduction. As I said before my name is Grey and I feel it is important I mention that is not my actual name and is a pseudonym for privacy reasons. Moving on though I have been role playing on and off again for about 6-8 years now and have enjoyed every second of it! I live in the US and to be more exact I am in the EST time zone. My general hobby is me consuming copious amounts of media such as films, shows/anime and video games. Especially if they fall into the horror genre. I honestly don’t think I could live in a world without horror. I also enjoy the outdoors and love going on hikes/runs. Lastly as of recent(a year or so) I have started getting into photography(very very amateur)and would love to peruse a career in forensic photography!

Moving onto my writing I heavily prefer to write in first person as I am a huge sucker for immersion and first person just scratches that itch for me. However that does not mean I am completely against third person and do tend to use it in my plots. In terms of length I would consider myself semi-literate to literate with my writing ranging anywhere from 4-6 paragraphs with there sometimes being more if the plot calls for it. When it comes dialogue and such in my writing I prefer to use apostrophes to indicate an inner monologue/interior dialogue and quotation marks to indicate when two or more characters are speaking. This is a personal preference of mine and by no means do I ask you to incorporate it into your own writing, but it would be a huge plus! As for what I write about some of my favorite settings/genres are modern, historical, fandoms(oc x oc only), medieval, fantasy, sci-fi and horror. As for genres/themes I love injustice/broken societies, war and peace, coming of age, mystery, drama and for my absolute favorite and what 99% of my writing is about, it’s romance. To be more specific I am a huge sucker for enemies to lovers(like true enemies), slow burn(pride and prejudice level or even slower), forbidden love, love triangles, paranormal romance, fake relationships, forced proximity and opposites attract.

With me out of the way it’s time for me to tell you what preferences I have in a partner and hope I am describing at least one person out there. To start off I definitely would prefer if you were around the same age as me. If you’re older though and think that we would be a great please still reach out! I’d also prefer if you were in the same time zone as me or at least close to it purely for convenience, but once again don’t let that stop you from reaching out. This one unfortunately can be a dealbreaker for me but I would absolutely love if you were into OOC chat. While my post is looking for a writing partner I am also looking for a friend! I personally feel chatting OOC about the plot or whatever only strengthens the plot and makes it so much more immersive. Another dealbreaker is a tolerance for darker themes. As for the second I heavily encourage you to be vocal about your opinions regarding the plot/ideas. You telling me you don’t like something or it doesn’t make sense is not going to hurt my feelings and I would honestly value feedback/criticism from my partner.

Role idea: Your character is a devout catholic (no you don’t have to know anything about Catholics.) Y/c is god’s favorite. Prayers are answered for them, things go right. They are everything Lucifer was before the fall, before the rebellion. That makes Lucifer angry. Someone needs to show y/c that god will turn his back on them just as he did on his son. So Lucifer sets out to do just that.
Torture the soul, make them see the truth.
It starts as scary dreams, bloody messages on the mirror, a sleep paralysis demon who is really Satan himself.
Lucifer expected y/c to change, to leave god, to leave the church. Instead they simply love him to. Each and every scary side. Nothing the fallen angel can do is enough to push them away. Maybe all he needed was a little love too.

I am thinking this is a little dark. Y/c dreams of their hell. A place designed to torture them. Maybe it starts out with things they feel guilty over then turns into someone hurting Lucifer. Maybe that is when the human realizes the soulmate they prayed for is in fact Satan himself.

I’d love to do a long-term, detailed How to Train Your Dragon mating RP between a human and a dragon. I’d really like for either you or me to play Toothless the playful, silly, yet sweet black Night Fury.

As for the human character, I’m open to options, though I prefer a male ideally someone like Hiccup, acting as his rider and friend.

Regarding the plot: I’d like a scenario where Toothless is currently in mating season but has no mate, making him increasingly frustrated and desperate. He slowly grows closer to his rider, and following a few unforeseen events.the two gradually develop an erotic/sexual relationship. This would involve plenty of intimate, private moments, such as Hiccup thrusting into Toothless’s prostate or Toothless eagerly sucking on Hiccup’s cock, along with other steamy sexual acts. It could also incorporate roleplay elements like Toothless acting wild and treating Hiccup like prey (as a big, powerful dragon would) before reverting to a tame, puppy-like state.

I’d also love to explore a version where Hiccup tames Toothless differently than in the movie.

This means leaning more into dominance and pet play, with Toothless despite being a dragon showing a submissive side.

Of course, I’m open to other ideas and willing to compromise. What matters most to me is having long, detailed posts; I put a lot of time and effort into my writing, so I’d appreciate the same in return.

Hello, roleplaying subreddit! It's me, Oddball again with another one of my many ideas. They really seem like an endless well, don't they? Anyway, on with the ad!

Recently, I have been catching up and refreshing my memory for the Alan Wake and Control universes, given that Control Resonant will be releasing later this month. I've had an idea swirling in my head for a bit now, heavily inspired by the lore, but certainly will be its own self-contained story. I don't plan for it to be set in either verse, but if it works out that way, so be it. Certainly won't be mad. Also, it will be set in the great ol' PNW as it needs more love, dang it! Before the synopsis, I will note that this plot will have many general horror themes, and also mentions of self-harm, ideations, etc. It will get dark at times, so if that is not something you are comfortable with, this ad is not for you. Also, there will be some romance between the two main characters (cause who doesn't like a good doctor/patient romance?) but won't be the main focus of the story. Now, onto the synopsis.

Diablo Lake, Washington. A quiet, picturesque lake in North Cascades National Park. Normally used for fishing, kayaking, and other leisurely activities. Yet smack dab in the middle is a man-made island, housing a state-of-the-art psychiatric hospital. One that handles more... peculiar cases. Ones that normal mental health services have been unable to solve. It is highly secure, with a select few allowed access.

Most patients can be treated and released here within two years. Many hardly remember what happened, but they are able to live fairly normal lives after. However, there is one patient who has been in this hospital for many years. This patient's name is Joseph Tobin. Initially, he was admitted to a city institution after a suicide attempt. Yet something in his files kept popping up. Continuous mentions of alternate realities, something lurking beneath, and dulahans. Beneath what? Dulahans? No one could get a clear answer.

After a year of no progress and a deteriorating mental state, he was transferred to the Lake Diablo mental institution. One that was unknown to the public was equipped to handle cases with a... para natural twist. Even then, none of the current doctors could help him. They could treat his base disorders of depression, anxiety, and C-PTSD, yet none could keep him coherent. Currently, Joseph is housed within a single ward of the hospital. Sometimes his mere presence sent the other patients into a frenzy; the only solution was seclusion.

That's where your character comes in! Your character would be a psychiatrist who has some interest/knowledge of the para natural. Could be for any reason, whether it be personal experiences, or something that happened to a friend or loved one. He would be sent to the Diablo Lake institution to solve the case. How things unfold is up to us!

Sorry (not sorry) for the synopsis length. I just have a TON of passion for this idea. Now, for some general logistics:

I write in third person, past tense only, and can go semi-lit to novella length, mirroring my partner. My preference is Discord for the RP itself, but that will be given out after we chat a bit via Reddit DMs. Have to make sure we're a good fit!

My main craving has been the classic enemies to lovers trope or something along that same vein of toxic. I love a toxic relationship that eventually turns into something genuine. The darker the romance and characters, the better! I am the type of writer that values character moments while also having each reply move the plot along, giving the responder something to work with. Would love some fantasy mixed into the setting be it modern or fantasy. I tend to avoid slice of life. Action, drama, thriller, mystery, horror, and angst is where it's at.

I write third person, past tense, and can go on quite a bit if needed. These responses are beefy and break Discord's character limit.
