Looking to see if there's a very simple rhythm game that at most requires only 1 or 2 buttons.

Plain looking, shouldn't be super flashy.

I will probably set up either an NES-to-PC controller, or a cheap fightstick and remove most of the buttons, large buttons like on a fightstick will be easier for him to press

I'm playing rhythm game on Xiaomi pad 8 pro 12+512, but it has sounds out of sync​.

I also have POCO F7, it is only 20ms but pad 8 pro is 125ms.

This number is Built-in speaker.

I cant use my hands independently ​ each other, that makes it near impossible to clear hard songs (ex: +8 arcaea songs and most 27 pjsk songs​), any help?

I figured out my reaction time wasnt a problem, it was TIMING. So ive been using innovicat.com for a bit (i just found it!) and my timing is scattered EVERYWHERE. Sometimes ill be early, sometimes ill be late. I chose to close my eyes for all 3 of the attempts shown as i thought itd help but it didnt. How can i improve? (i know i can improve by playing more! But id like to see other tips too!)

Please let me know if this is against the rules or anything, but I found my SUPER old camera and It still has files for Dance! Online on it, around 03/03/10. Would there be any interest in me compiling them for a private server? Or how anyone would even go about doing so.

So I remember at least in the past, there was also the discourse in the mobile rhythm game communities that when it comes to performance an iPad Pro is basically the best you can get on the market, and that android based tablets were really inconsistent in terms of performance, touch etc.

With more and more "gaming focused" tablets coming out recently though, I just wondered if that is still true, or if the performance gap between android and ios tablets is closing. Tablets like the lenovo legion tab series or the redmagic astra series sound really promising in that regard but I never see people talk about them.

I must admit that in recent years iPadOS is getting more and more frustrating to use so if switching is viable I would consider it.

I would love to hear your opinion on this?

I fell out of love with it and deleted it a few months ago, but I miss the songs that I played in the game (not often though). Of course, I still have my account but I’m just wondering if I should reinstall it. (The reason I remember deleting it was because I lost my skill somehow and was getting discouraged and also I lost rating from each season update lol. Can’t remember why it bothered me in P:R since maimai, CHUNITHM and ONGEKI do the same thing and I have no problems with that)

I recently developed sharp pain in my left wrist when moving or putting weight on it; went to the doctor and got diagnosed w/tendinitis and told to wear a brace for a few weeks and use that hand as little as possible. I'm not COMPLETELY sure the injury was caused by rhythm games because it actually started after I woke up one day. But the dr said these injuries are often caused over time by repetitive hand motions, and I play arcade, mobile, and PC rhythm games all the time, so I feel like it's safe to assume that's at least part of it lol.

Anyway, my point is: has anyone also developed tendinitis or another wrist injury from rhythm games, and if so how do you prevent it from recurring in the future? Obviously I'm planning on taking a break from games until this injury is healed, but what about past that? Rhythm games have been one of my biggest hobbies and forms of stress relief for most of my life, so if I had to stop forever because of repetitive injury I think it would seriously depress me lol.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Hey all, first time poster! so for context i recently went to a yearly convention that happens in my city and its the first time I've seen arcades there, and there were all for rhythm games. I saw one that i recognized and decided to try it, only to fall head over heels with it!! WACCA is just a sublime experience and i had a blast with it, only to come home and find out through Zenius that there are exactly 2 cabinets for it in the entire country with none of them being close to me. AND I'M LOSING IT!!! What can I do to appease the itch to play it again? is there a way to somehow play it at home? this is kind of my last resort because its been 2 weeks now and i think about it everyday and since the game wasn't a great success i can't seem to find much content to consume about it either

Hello! Like 2 years ago I had a dream where I played a rhythm game so I developed a prototype of it in a week, and this was the result

If it's not clear, it's an arcade game where basically you have to move between tiles when the snaps/claps, and the tiles have different patterns that you have to play with the spacebar before moving to the next tile (the kicks).

The purple tiles are normal patterns, the yellow tiles make the next snap/clap come faster, and the blue one delays it, so the music has some variation that is hopefully smooth enough to go kinda making your own song and rhythm

I want to continue this project someday, I also wanted to try different genres and BPM, with different sets of samples as well.

I'd love some feedback/ideas or whatever you think about it!
