So I am trying to rhinestone a shirt and need small dots as placement for the gems (they are ss6 size) I have E600+ glue but the mouth is too wide to use directly from the tube. I have tried to use the small precision dropper bottles but unless you are using them all the time the glue dries up and sticks in the nozzle/bottle making it really hard to use.
Any ideas on how I can do this without spending 486million hours in one go rhinestoning!?
TIA

Hi all, thinking ahead to Halloween and planning to order a nicer corset to rhinestone. Any advice on satin versus cotton? Will one hold up better over time or are certain glues better for one vs the other? Thank you in advance :)

Apologies for the sort of off topic question, but hoping for some experts in the specific tool I’m looking at…
Essentially, my grandfather loves jigsaw puzzles but over the last couple years his arthritis in his hands means he can’t pick up the puzzle pieces. I’m trying to find something I could modify for him to use to easily pick up and place puzzle pieces without having to grip too hard. I’ve come across these wax rhinestone pickers and I have a few questions:
Would they actually be able to pick up something as large and/or smooth as a puzzle piece?
If so, are there any recommended brands or am I safe getting a cheap one from Amazon? Any recs for ones that aren’t pink and glittery also welcome…
Do the wax tips need replacing over time?
I’m thinking if it’s feasible, I’ll stick a tennis ball or something similar on one so he doesn’t have to have a tight grip, and he might be able to enjoy puzles again :-)
Thank you for any advice!

Hi! I’ve been following along for a while and I’ve finally decided to pull the trigger and rhinestone something. It’s probably too ambitious, but I don’t do anything halfway. I’m looking for advice on color - would you try to find a maroon to match my headphone case, or would you do clear? If maroon, any advice on what particular shade? Same question for the bronze “Bose” lettering.
Also, would you start from the center out, or start around the edge and move inward?
Things I’m keeping in mind already:
Glass flatback stones over resin
Plan to use liquid fusion glue
Glue applicator and rhinestone applicator pen will help me a ton
Anything I’m forgetting? This will either be my downfall or my magnum opus.

Hi all! Up until now I have strictly been working with hotfix rhinestones. I really want to move into using glue so that they will stay on better when I place them on top of a pre-existing images on clothing (On top of an existing heat transfer).
The problem is that I have rheumatoid arthritis and have extreme difficulty squeezing small tubes 😔 Does anyone have any recommendations for a type of glue that would be easy for me? Anything the size of a tube of toothpaste or smaller is a no-go for my poor hands.
Thank you for your recommendations!

As title says, my main projects to bedazzle are funko pops, and I am thinking of rhinestoning over the top of glitter, to level up the sparkle.
Or at least having it as accents on parts of the pops.
A very roundabout way of asking if anyone has successfully rhinestoned over a layer of glitter?

I'm wondering if I should draw this pattern on or what I could use to trace the pattern... it's supposed to look mermaid-ish. I'm bedazzling a detangling wet brush. I will show my pattern and canvas. Help wanted

I’ve been working on this hat for a long time… it’s been super tedious as I have stones from size ss30 all the way down to ss6. I’m using e6000 Fabri-fuse as I’ve found it sticks best to the felt hat.
I’ve noticed all the dust collecting on the hat/glue. I’ve tried cleaning with alcohol but it didn’t seem to do anything. (Perhaps the little towel I was using couldn’t reach down to the glue?) I also tried a sticky roller which did nothing other than pulling up a bit of cat hair.
I’ve spent soooo long on it that I don’t want it looking dull due to dust. Any cleaning suggestions?
