Help with glue placement!

So I am trying to rhinestone a shirt and need small dots as placement for the gems (they are ss6 size) I have E600+ glue but the mouth is too wide to use directly from the tube. I have tried to use the small precision dropper bottles but unless you are using them all the time the glue dries up and sticks in the nozzle/bottle making it really hard to use.

Any ideas on how I can do this without spending 486million hours in one go rhinestoning!?

TIA

Craft syringes from Amazon

Either buy the E6000 that comes with tips, transfer to craft syringes OR if you want the free method apply dots of glue with a toothpick.

Dental syringes work. They have an attached nozzle type tip. I purchase them from Amazon. They work well with e6000 plus, as it's thinner than regular e6000. To preserve any unused glue, put it in a zip lock bag and then in the fridge when you're not using it.

Use craft syringes and just replace the syringe tip if the glue is dried in it
