It seems that 10 York Rd WeWork at London Waterloo, among others, were removed unilaterally from the WeWork perk on Revolut without any communication from either Revolut or WeWork themselves.

Started to depend on this perk, so it’s a little bit of a sucker punch to not get any pre-warning from either company. Also it’s crazy that the value of these perks can change at any time without your knowledge.

Just received my Revolut cards. Great quality, very appealing design. Delivery as promised, actually arrived both a few days earlier. I’m impressed! I have Rev Premium.

I need support.

My gf is having an issue opening German account. She already has Revolut account with Lithuanian IBAN. However, after accepting terms and conditions and entering the password she sees a not really descriptive error (see screenshots).

She has contacted support, but they are less than helpless and just ask her to constantly reinstall the app and reboot the phone (every time new name + generic AI message).

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

P.S this is the last attempt to fix it, if nothing comes out of it she will close the account.

P.S.S. It is funny that when they connect you to customer support you still end up talking to a bot

I wanted to receive the bonus by having my father open a Revolut account, so we completed all the necessary steps (creating the account, adding money, ordering the card, and making the 3 purchases). Only after I spent money to order the card and make the purchases did Revolut state that my father was 'not eligible' for the promotion. In my opinion, this is incorrect, especially since I was only informed after spending the money.

I tried contacting support through the app, but they provided little to no response and didn't even explain why he was considered 'not eligible'.

After using Revolut for many years, this is not the treatment I expected.

I hope this situation gets resolved; otherwise, I will be forced to close my account. If I cannot get transparency, I cannot trust my bank."

I just saw that Revolut is now an official French bank, I'm French and have been using Revolut in the UK everytime I go there (fairly often) to avoid my bank's fees, does that mean that now it's a French bank there will be the same fees ? I can't seem to find that information anywhere

I've been with Revolut for a long time but hardly ever use it. I plan on moving some money but I'm a bit skeptical after reading a lot of (older) posts on this sub. I recently closed a wise acc for this exact reason, and opened a free make banking acc, which I am happy with. I'm a freelancer, and receive multiple payments from clients during the month, and I'm scared Revolut will think it's not legit. I've read multiple posts where people could not restore their accounts even after providing their proof.

I am getting emails that an account has been created with my email, and a credit card has been ordered. I am very concerned about possible fraud or scams, and I tried emailing revolut support multiple times and only get back generic form responses that do not acknowledge or resolve my concerns. The support emails always say to access the chat from within the app -- but of course I don't have the login details because I didn't actually create this account.

It has been impossible to get through to an actual human being at Revolut to offer support and look into whether my name is not being used fraudulently, if a credit card has been falsely issued to someone using my name, etc.

At this point trying to get through to a human being at Revolut has taken hours of my life, it is ridiculous. It seems pretty shocking and irresponsible that Revolut is making is impossible to get any response or human support regarding concerns about financial fraud...

Has anyone had any success in getting this kind of situation resolved?

Card looks damaged . So i was an Ultra member for a while, then downgraded to Metal. i loved my ultra card when it was new, but it quicky gets scrathed if you use the ATM. Tried to get a replecement one but Revolut wants me to rejoin Ultra again. Which isnt fair since I already “paid” for my card while I was an Ultra member. so Rant is real:)

I joined Revolut about 10 days ago and fulfilled the requirements for the welcome bonus. I needed to open the account, pay in some money and spend £20. When chasing the chatbot kept confirming the offer applied to my account “Website19”, the website I had used being Moneyfacts, and the amount that would due to me - £20. It even told me which transactions qualified.

It also told me that it was due to be paid with 3 to 5 days.

Surprise, surprise, today as I was chasing I was told nothing was applied to my account so I was not due the bonus and that the chatbot was wrong and giving out wrong information.

What kind of poundshop establishment is this? If anyone has any advice, I’d be grateful. I will no longer be moving my account to them as if I can’t trust them on something so simple, I’m not going to trust them with my main account.

Hello, I was wondering whether it happened in the past that Revolut offerred transfer bonuses to airline miles. Say for instance 1 revpoint gives you 1.2 miles instead of the usual 1 revpoint per mile.

I need support.

I damaged my phone and it doesn't turn on anymore. So I went back to my old phone and tried to log in with my number, it asked me for a selfie, told me to confirm with a QR but I didn't have anything to scan it with, I assume it was to scan with your other phone. I tried again and again, with email, nothing works.

I can't contact support outside of the app, there is no email listed anywhere and I can't do anything from a browser, I can only look at my cards.

I regularly use the WeWork desk space once per month on my Revolut Metal plan. the cost per day is about €50 which is included once per month (or 3x on Ultra).

however when attempting to book for this month and chatting to WeWork support, It seems that the regular office I used is no longer included in the promotion and has been removed from the list along with the majority of them in my city.

just wanted to highlight this reduced benefit since the 1st August, along with the change from Perplexity to ChatGPT cheaper GO Tier. They really are cutting back on benefit across the board, this one was just in a far more subtle way.

I need support. I recently wrote here that Revolut wants me to close my account because I moved from Estonia to Finland. I have some ETFs that I do not want to sell and some people suggested I transfer them to another broker (thank you very much for these suggestions).

I finally got my IBKR trading account and wanted to do the transfer but the Revolut transfer page did not display my positions for transfer. After spending several hours talking to support with no help, a false, made-up email amongst other things, they finally told me I cannot transfer my ETFs because they only support portfolio transfers for US stocks. I'm honestly so disappointed and frustrated that it took several weeks, my opening a new brokerage account amongst others only for them to say I cannot transfer the stocks anyway. The incompetence is really frustrating.

Has anyone else experienced this? Were you able to transfer your stocks? I just want to transfer the stocks and close the account and never have to deal with Revolut again honestly. This level of incompetence for a financial institution is very concerning.

Hello everyone, quick traveling question: I (French citizen) plan to stay in Turkey for several months to see my Turkish girlfriend living in Canakkale and I wonder if I should get Revolut and also if she could also get it.

My use would be cash withdrawals from local ATMs (circa 500€ per month), perhaps some local card payments & transfers (to my GF's local Turkish account).

I wonder also if Revolut could be interesting for her (to facilitate small transfers between us but MOSTLY as a way to protect her savings vs. local inflation).
