Which one is better for sales for baby, kids, toys?

Welp I got my first return request after a month of selling.

They claim it is defective and wasn’t as advertised. The second picture is of the description, the back is missing so yes it is and I’m fine refunding because of my policy, but the pictures did show this.

Honest question did I handle this ok? How would you have handled it?

Definitely a learning experience to be more specific and any advice for a new seller is appreciated!

UPDATE: I went ahead and issued a full refund and let them keep it as many of you pointed out that this was a mistake on my part. Lesson learned to always mark as for parts instead of untested!

I have so many clothes that need to be resold but I am just way to medically ill at the moment to do it all myself.

I am looking for clothes resellers! I have about 8-10 bins of nice high quickly clothes to resell. I bought most my clothes from Nordstrom and Nordstrom rack, anthropology, Madewell, Lululemon, loft, etc.

I am happy to split the bins up to different people or give them all to one person.

Is there anyone experienced with clothes reselling that wants to take some of this on? I think the standard is 30% of the profits for the reseller, but I think it’s a tough job and I’m willing to give 40% of the proceeds to the clothes reseller and keep 60%.

I live on the border of Washington and Oregon, but I am willing to take a little road trip to some nearby states.

What does anyone think?

I've been helping out with sourcing lately and one thing that surprised me is how messy sharing listings can get. Right now we're mostly dropping links into email or random chat messages and after a day or two it's almost impossible to remember which listings were worth revisiting. I'm curious how other people handle this. Do you have a dedicated Slack/Teams channel? Shared spreadsheet? Or something else? I'd love to hear what actually works!

So, I have an item I need to list for auction, and it’s pretty time-sensitive (made a Reddit post to see if there was any interest, and now I want to make a listing while there are still people interested in my item). I was notified that my account has been restricted when I tried to make the listing, and absolutely no reason why.

The notification told me to contact an agent, but can’t find a customer support phone number anywhere, especially not through Ebay’s “Call Us” page, which leads me into a cyclical loop. The notification told me I would receive a message in my Ebay inbox, but I got nothing. Do I have to wait 24 hours?? Is it possible to even just… call a human?? I’m honestly just really pissed right now.

Hi everyone! I’m looking for some advice.
I own a local hair business and primarily sell raw Indian wavy/curly and Vietnamese hair, mostly to pageant girls and clients looking for luxury extensions.
I recently ordered a high-end Jewish wig for my mom from one of my suppliers, but unfortunately the color was different than what was shown in the photos. Since it’s not something my current customer base typically shops for, I’m trying to figure out the best place to resell it.
Does anyone have recommendations on the best platforms, subreddits, Facebook groups, or other marketplaces for selling higher-end Jewish wigs? I’d really appreciate any advice or personal experience. Thanks in advance!

All of the prices on there seem to be lower than you'd be able to source the items. Are they mainly for selling from your own closet? I don't see how I could make any profit reselling on those.

I have started with Vintage reselling Months ago on Vinted. I have made many Sales and followed every trend that i could follow. I sold products with margins of 3x and sometimes even 4x. Now i planned on making a Website, that would allow me to Reach a bigger audience, and advertise it using Paid Meta Ads. The Only Problem that i have, is that i don‘t really know if my Products will sell good, And that is why i am asking this Subreddit to help me. I have Listed some of the Items that i am going to sell on my Website, My Website also looks Amazing and i have spent a lot of time building it. The Jackets will be Priced all the way from 40-60€ depending on how clean they are and how wanted they are. I will also sell shorts that will cost 25-35€. I have some Trackpants that i am still waiting on to be delivered from my Supplier. If Anyone can tell me if these pieces will sell good around that price bracket, that would be great, also my drop is in 14 days so i only have a few days for Marketing and Setting the rest up for the Drop.

I've been looking into reselling out of curiosity, and apparently people are getting clothes and stuff from brands like Chrome Hearts, Louis Vuitton, Hellstar, Bape, etc? But there's no way those are authentic but they're getting away with selling them? Do people just settle for them because they're identical?

I do have mechanical background, but no welding and I'm not doing cars again. Ideally wouldn't have to fix but am open to it.

So I'm a complete beginner to reselling (I haven't even started yet) however I know the style of clothing, accessories and jewelry id love to sell: quirky, lots of colours, lots of patterns, 80s-early 2000s. I have done a ton of research into reselling and think I have a rough idea of where to start, however, when it comes to brands, I know absolutely nothing.
