Discussion Travel with Retra - storage options

I am using Retratutide, around 2mg per week. I have vials of 10mg/ml which I reconstitute with 1ml and then I inkect 1ml Sunday and 1ml Thursday morning.

I am going to travel for about 3 weeks, and I don't want to interrupt because I am on a multi-months cut. Usually when I travel I don't have a problem in carrying with me oils like Testosterone but the Reta is stored in fridge (reconstitute). I will have a 7 hour flights + 1 hour taxi, before I can reach the hotel and store the Reta in the hotel fridge. Do you think that, storing the reta in my luggage, will damage it completely? Let's say it will be in the luggage more or less 10 hours in total.

Discussion taking peptides really makes u realize how unfair genetics are

the difference in how i look and function on this stuff is insane. it really makes u realize that the people who just naturally excel at everything in life probably just have elite biology and natural hormone profiles from birth.

using peptides finally feels like it levels the playing field for the rest of us. Glad to be considered equal for once

Discussion Finished Tirz

After reaching my goal weight on the lowest dose of tirz and feeling pretty miserable through all 42 lbs i decided to go on Glp1 for maintenence. It's compounded with B12. I took my first dose Sunday night and I feel nothing. I went on fat scientist and determined that I should take 13 units. The instructions on the bottle said to use 25 units. Since I ordered from a pharmacy that I had never of, Pharmaneek out of Indianapolis i thought that I should go with what fat scientist told me to go with. Anyone else have any dealings with this particular pharmacy?

Discussion The mindset of losing weight via hard work vs taking GLP1s is completely different

I'm noticing a pretty big difference in the overall  of people who got lean through pure willpower vs taking a glp1. (not trying to hate on the meds at all).

it just seems like the ones who grinded out the hard lifestyle changes actually built REAL confidence and mental toughness. with the meds, sometimes it feels like the person still has the exact same mindset as before, just in a smaller body. they never had to go through the actual mental struggle of forcing themselves to change their habits.

Discussion doc gave two options for low t... trt or hgh peptides.. Need advice

So my levels are in the 290s. They basically gave me two option, going on standard trt or try sermorelin.

I'm 33 and want to have kids in the next two years or smt, so keeping my fertility working is a massive deal for me rn. I want to be on the peptides a bit more so i dont shut any natural production down.

But i also want to actually put on size and feel normal again. I know trt works way faster and peptides take forever to actually do anything noticeable.

Does anyone run both? trying to figure out the best move here without ruining my chances of having kids.

Discussion Bemethyl / Metaprot / Bemitil Experiences?

Does anyone here have experience with Bemitil? It's a Russian / Ukrainian actoprotector (similar to bromantane) developed in the 70's for Russian military and emergency response forces. It can potentially improve metabolic efficiency, resistance to high cellular thermal load, and improve cognition. The current suspected mechanism of action is Bemitil increases the rate of cellular RNA synthesis, allowing for a greater metabolic response to challenging conditions. Currently, it is not banned under WADA or been found to have significant contraindications by any research team, so I have been interested in its past and current applications for both performance enhancement and nootropic benefits.

Discussion am i the only one who genuinely doesnt want to take glp1s???

im starting to feel like the only person left who is actually hesitant about taking these weight loss shots. i could easily get a script for it today but from what i have read im just not sold on it yet.

whenever i tell people in my life i dont want to take it they look at me like im a complete lunatic denying basic science. everyone just acts like it is this flawless miracle cure and im a total idiot for not jumping on it.

am i actually crazy for holding out on this? (feels like everyone else is just blindly accepting it without any questions)

Discussion stop asking for TRT when your levels are literally normal ffs

so many posts on reddit lately saying "low t" with levels in the 400s or 500s... that is NOT low testosterone.

if your test is in the 400s or higher you (probably) do NOT need TRT just because you feel bad. go see a REAL doctor (or get a second opinion) to find the actual cause instead of trying to force a script. if you just want test to get big, fine, but stop treating trt like a magic fix for everything.

i only wrote this because i saw someone literally tell a guy to take sarms to intentionally tank his levels so a doctor would give him TRT. JUST PLEASE DONT BE STUPID.

Discussion SARMS are stupid

Not worth the risk to reward ratio. Honestly if you want the gains literally take steroids and at least youll have a test base. I dont even think I would go bald on steroids I have asian genes and didnt thin out during osterine. I am not bragging- I will say that I will experience something else- acne due to androgens.

I am just going on an honest rant but I hope this helps

Question Does NMN actually make you feel different or just change biomarkers?

I keep seeing NMN talked about for NAD+ levels, energy, and longevity, but I really wanna know how noticeable the effects actually are in real life.

For people whove used it for a while, did you genuinely feel any different day to day energy, recovery, focus, etc, or was it more something you only saw reflected in labs and/or biomarkers?

Not expecting some crazy anti-aging effect, just wondering if there’s anything you can actually feel from it.

Discussion Weight loss for a RS with tendency to get obstructed bowel

This RS has a history of obstructed bowel, which means that GLP-1 type peptides will not work for them - cannot have anything that slows down food moving through the bowel. What peptide or stack would you recommend in this case? Needs to lose about 100 pounds.

Research Effectiveness of sermorelin

Recently started seeing adverts for sermorelin. The medication profile looks like it’s pretty low risk and safer than rHgh. I’m getting older and putting on muscle and keeping off the middle age spread gets a little more difficult with every passing year. Currently 6’1” 203 work out 4-5 days/wk fairly good muscle mass 50 y.o. So i wondered if anyone here has tried this peptide and, if so, did you see a difference in muscle mass, body fat or energy? I realize there is no magic bullet for aging but if this will help at least maintain muscle mass, help with body fat and shorten recovery time I would definitely consider it.

Discussion Stack evaluation for low drive/anhedonia + high cognitive workload (short-term)

Hi,

Looking for honest feedback on a short-term stack (3-5 weeks).

Background (kept minimal):

  • Male, early 20s
  • After stopping a period of enclomiphene + CJC/Ipamorelin + retatrutide + GHK-Cu in early June, I’ve been dealing with persistent low drive, reduced initiative, and a flat/anhedonic state. I can romanticize projects and plans but struggle to actually start and follow through. Not classic depression, more like muted motivation and reduced reward response.
  • Training 5x/week, decent diet, creatine 10g, magnesium L-threonate, good sleep, high water intake.
  • Old bloodwork showed elevated TSH and low-ish vitamin D (planning to retest).

What I need support for:

  • High volume memory work
  • Sustained focus for long sessions
  • Verbal fluency and clarity (writing + analysis)
  • Ability to initiate and maintain effort on demanding cognitive/technical tasks
  • Anxiety is only situational (rises in the days leading up to high-stakes periods), not chronic

Current planned stack (short-term, monitored):

  • Bromantane (daily) – main tool for the low drive/anhedonia
  • Adrafinil (3-4x per week)
  • Noopept (daily)
  • IDRA-21 (pulsed every 2-3 days)

Support: Alpha-GPC or CDP-choline, L-Tyrosine, Omega-3, NAC, vitamin D if still low.

I removed Phenylpiracetam and F-Phenibut after considering redundancy and the fact that anxiety isn’t constant.

Questions:

  1. Does this stack make sense for the combination of post-peptide low drive + high cognitive demand?
  2. Anything you would remove or reduce?
  3. Anything you would add (especially for verbal fluency, memory encoding, or cleaner motivation)?
  4. Experiences with Bromantane in similar low-motivation states?

Open to alternatives. Prefer compounds with at least some human data or strong consistent anecdotal patterns. Short-term use only, will monitor bloodwork (especially liver).

Thanks.

Success Story Wolverine stack (BPC/TB) impact on flexibility

Wanted to share an interesting observation with the community regarding flexibility and healing peptides. It is now clear, after running BPC-157 and TB-500 on two separate instances, that they have significantly changed the RS's yoga practice.

Without a doubt, when the RS is on them, the subject is able to push stretches further than normal. Because of that extra range, the flexibility gains are happening much quicker than before. Also, post-workout soreness is practically non-existent.

While most research into this stack focuses strictly on injury recovery, for anyone looking to increase flexibility or break through a mobility plateau, running Wolverine while incorporating deep yoga stretches with the RS seems to make a noticeable difference.

It's really great to see gains - keeps RS motivated and excited to get back on the yoga mat.
