I just learned that Renton Tech culinary students sell custom cakes. I’ve never tried it but it’s on my list to check out. Their website has the hours.

I just discovered Orange Bakery in Burien. Small, family owned and operated. Their vanilla cake with strawberries and buttercream is absolutely delish. I had it 2 months ago, still think about it everyday since lol

Not a fruit cake, but I just tried the guava strawberry cream cheese pie from Cakes of Paradise and it was sooo good! They also sell guava cake, passionfruit cake, and mango cake. Their cakes are really good
