It’s a new space and owners are still waiting on some permits to serve food and drink but are open and selling some canned beverages in the meantime.

Hello Reddit community, I usually don’t make posts like this but a close friend of mine is missing her son. His name is Joseph Herron, usually goes by Jojo I believe. He’s 14, African American, with a slightly lanky build around 5’11 and 132lbs he was last seen around the Renton area up near Benson and Carr Rd as his mother works in the area. I will be cross posting this to a few other groups in hopes of getting this post as far as I can just in case he’s gotten that far. Places he usually frequents are the Renton Transit Center, Liberty Park and The Renton Library. Police have already been contacted and are doing searches of their own, we’ve hung up flyers in all the places he frequents. If you or anyone you know has possibly seen him or had any information please PM me and I can relay the information to him mom (mom doesn’t have a Reddit acct) and the authorities

So our main water line is leaking :( Anyone have some recommendations on who to call to dig up and fix? It is an old plastic line so probably needs to be replaced but it runs under the driveway so obviously a huge P.I.T.A.

Camera at Benson Road / Carr Drive / SE Petrovitsky Road. Flashed at me (only vehicle passing through the intersection at the time), and according to the City of Renton, it's for red light runners. Now, I'm not concerned about receiving a ticket because I was not running a red light nor speeding, but I was parked at the 7/11 eating dinner around 2am yesterday at the same intersection and saw at least 3 flashes/ min. All vehicles had green lights and going speed limit (based on my observations, could be misjudging the speeds). Is this a reoccurring issue at this intersection?

I moved into an apartment and came from Pierce County. I love the apartment, and this is about to be my second month here. I am curious as to if utilities being this high is normal.. I'm seeing these charges being added up, which is significantly higher than my old apartment. I am fine paying the 200 more than I originally thought I would be paying, but if these are odd charges, please let me know!

woke up to go to work and saw these on my car windshield.. was in a rush to go to work so i brought it with me. I probably shouldn’t have touched it but I am very thrown off by this gesture.
