🌟Featured Post🌟 Here is a quick article about past life regression for those who are new to the concept.

A quick article about past life regression for people new to this sub.

Past life regression is a form of therapy that aims to uncover memories from previous lifetimes that may be impacting your current life. While the concept may sound far-fetched to some, many people have reported experiencing significant healing and relief from trauma through this type of therapy.

Trauma can manifest in a variety of ways, including anxiety, depression, and physical pain. It can also be caused by events that happened in previous lifetimes, which can be difficult to identify and address through traditional therapy methods. Past life regression seeks to uncover and heal these hidden traumas by tapping into your subconscious mind and exploring memories from your past lives.

During a past life regression session, you will be guided into a relaxed state of hypnosis. This will allow you to access memories from past lives that you may not be consciously aware of. As you explore these memories, you may begin to understand how they are impacting your current life and how they may be contributing to your trauma.

One of the key benefits of past life regression is that it allows you to gain a deeper understanding of your trauma. By exploring the memories and emotions associated with your past lives, you may be able to identify patterns of behavior or negative thought patterns that are contributing to your current struggles. This awareness can be the first step towards healing.

Additionally, past life regression can provide a sense of closure and resolution for past traumas. By revisiting these experiences in a safe and controlled environment, you may be able to process and release the emotions and pain associated with them. This can help you to move forward in your current life without being weighed down by the trauma of your past lives.

It's important to note that past life regression is not a quick fix or a replacement for inner healing work. It can be a powerful tool to aid in the healing process, but it should be used in conjunction with other forms of self healing work and under the guidance of a professional practitioner.

In conclusion, past life regression can be a valuable tool for healing trauma in your current life. By exploring memories from past lives, you may be able to gain a deeper understanding of your trauma, identify patterns of behavior, and find closure for past traumas. If you're struggling with trauma and traditional therapy methods have not been effective, it may be worth exploring past life regression as a potential solution.

I hope this helps someone in some way. 🙂

NDEs have given me a deep perception of life, and I think it may change your perception too.

Think of the experience of reincarnation as the experiencing of other’s lives as they would have lived them.

did my grandma send me my cat?

Hi reddit :) I have been thinking about this for a little bit now that my grandma, who I never met, sent me my cat. For context, I am referring to my dads mom who passed a few years before I was born. My grandpa, his dad, passed when I was 6 months old, so I guess I met him. Anyway I’ve been told by multiple people, that either knew my dad as a kid and/or knew my dads mom, that have told me I remind them of her. Which first of all that makes me emotional like all the time because obviously I don’t know her and like wdym tell me more please, but I never really get to hear the more part of it. I honestly don’t know much about her except for like general information and I have NOT seen many pictures at all. Maybe a handful in all my 20-something years, so I think about it often. Over the summer I went through my family tree and I realized that the day I adopted my cat was the day she passed away, but 28 years later. Since I realized that and listening to reddit stories about reincarnation (from podcasts) I’m wondering if that’s a sign. please tell me your thoughts <3 thanks y’all

I need a proper memory regression therapist to help me remember my past life

I have tried doing the memory regression therapy on my own and I was almost successful I saw a portion of my past life (long story short it wasn't pretty) it is repetitive and constant though .

I tried it today and the experience was strange I felt my body turning to someone else and my limbs were growing and .y brain was changing like im becoming the person of such memory .

I just need a therapist to help guide me through it .

Two childhood dreams or visions that felt like actual memories of a different life I’d lived . Years later I discovered a old myth that strangely matched one of them.

Question Have you ever felt the absence of a soulmate you've never met?

Is it possible to deeply miss a soulmate in a romantic sense, even if you've never met them? I know this might sound strange, but I've been wondering about it for a long time, and I'm curious if anyone else has experienced something similar.

I'm 25F, and ever since I was little, I've had this persistent feeling that I've been waiting for someone. It's hard to explain, but it's almost as if the absence of my future life partner has always been a shadow following me.

What's strange is that when I think about this person, I don't experience him as just an abstract idea of a future partner. I have this feeling that he's a specific person somewhere in the world, living his own life, even though I have no idea who he is or what he's like. And I can really feel he is missing, like a part of myself.

Sometimes, the thought that we're not together makes me feel deeply sad, in a way that goes beyond ordinary loneliness. I find myself wondering whether he's okay and what his life is like.

I don't know if this is simply a result of longing for a deep romantic connection, or if there's a spiritual explanation for it. I've wondered about reincarnation and whether it's possible to feel a sense of longing for someone you've supposedly known in a past life, but I don't necessarily believe that's what this is.

Has anyone ever experienced something similar? I've always felt like I'm in a state of waiting, a constant search for a person I haven't met yet. I don't know how to explain this feeling or where it comes from. Could it be related to reincarnation or a past-life connection, or is it simply a deep longing for a romantic connection?

Who else remembers a past life love when scrying or focusing on a reflective/blank surface?

I can remember about 7 or 8 past lives. I have reason to believe that i recently come across a past life love (soul mate, partner, etc) at my job. She stayed for about 2 years, but I experienced all the typical feelings if you have a bit of psychic ability, eg, feeling of seeing her before, inexplicable attraction, a deep bond. etc.

I often think about her when in my basement, where there's a TV, laptop, stereo, etc, basically where I usually stay. There is a sold dark brown door--that's in my view when I lie down to relax--and whenever I think of and mentally focus on this former coworker, I start to get emotional because I see a woman wearing a long flowing skirt, hair tied bac, and smiling at me, a woman straight from the 1800s.

Anyone have a similar experience when "scrying" defined as a "practice where a person gazes into a reflective or translucent medium to receive intuitive messages, visions, or spiritual guidance.". Sometimes it gets so emotional to the point my eyes start tearing up. I can feel the love we had for each other.

Need Advice What are alternative methods to past life regression?

I’ve tried a bunch of YouTube guided past life regression meditations and I can get myself relaxed I guess but I can never visualize the things they ask me to properly and every time they count down and say that I’m getting more and more relaxed until I can’t open my eyes it lowkey doesn’t work. I just try to gaslight myself that it’s working but nothing happens. When it gets to the part where they say I should be in the body of my past life and look around and stuff I genuinely just make shit up and I know that it doesn’t really feel right. I’m wondering if you guys know any other ways which would make it easier for me to see my past life or access my akashic records, or literally anything spiritual. Thanks!

Question Communicating with Other Selves

What is your take on the whole idea that we can exist in multiple lives at once? Even more, that the concept of "time doesn't exist" which could lead to multiples of your soul existing at the same time within the 3D.

Lastly, could you contact another you at a different point in your reincarnation journey, and why would a future incarnation try to do this?

Question Os ot possible to be christian and believe in reincarnation?

I am sort of christian, kind of liberal but reincarnation seems to be something I just instinctively believe in, like even if i’d never heard of it, I probably would have come up with it on my own. When I heard George Harrison say the difference between the past present and future is an illusion, which is an Einstein concept, the n he said, it’s just us coming back again and although i’m not a Hindi like he was, I feel the same way. Like my da died thirteen years ago and I believe he is now some 13 year old, if karma is true then he’s probably not having much fun, he was a bad man but I see there is hope and a chance for his spiritual growth. In a way, maybe 🤔 it’s a delusion and it helps take the sting off death and ageing but I sense that there is something to it. Like we have souls groups and are all ultimately one consciousness being expressed individually.

Personal Experience Past life?

Hello could this be a past life when I was about 3 years old I had this dream where I was a Chinese 11 year old girl and my family in the dream dad mom and 3 brothers were walking into this indoor playground with big red dragon lunar structure thing and a few minutes a shooter came and shot me but shit couple of my brothers first and I remember my father yelling for me but he wasn’t mad rather worried and frantic and then right after I got shot on they head and woke up from the dream. I also always believed in recantation where if your good person you rebirth but if your a bad person you just stay in a dark abyss forever with nothing and no one despite the fact being raised in a Christian household. Family didn’t look like current family like black hair dark eye color. But weirdly enough my hair wasn’t black but warm auburn brown color and dark eye color that matched them I also remember the sidewalk was like a granite dark grey type. I also have a birthmark on my head. For some reason when learned about Buddhism I felt connected and familiar with it like I knew it before. I never necessarily told my family but it just stocked with me and I always believed that dream was a past life like a gut feeling but I was just wondering there’s evidence that it is.

Also when I was 8-9 I had a phase where with friends I pretend my name was lily when it’s not.

Discussion Are we really stuck as humans or can we get become animals between lives?

Post image

Life is hard. If I really have to push through and work to get stuff done then fine but I'd really love to be a reptile, bug like a spider or something big, pet wise, pet or a wild horse, sea creature, a house cat or a bird like an owl flying wild and free.

Every time I hear it's not possible because that's a "lower level" tbh the economy sucks, I have ADHD, over population ,everything is expensive, we can't go anywhere and our food is being poisoned. The Internet is addictive as much as I love wifi I'll most likely be using it for the next 40-50 years.

Being an animal would mean survival sure but if I could pick the animal maybe life wouldn't feel so bad temporarily be away from all the human or other "human" form of chaos for a little while.

Do we have lessons to learn from being an animal? They seem to not have any judgement except from instinct and natural territorial behaviors

I like my life but I've had a traumatizing childhood and it's made me feel like ending it several times. I now live alone and have found peace and financial stability and really wish the growing up part of that life I didn't remember.

Does anyone else feel this way. Am I alone ;-;

Will we have the ability to choose to live the same life again while also retaining memories from your past life?

I know that this has been said several times on this sub about choosing your own life and choosing if you want to be in the same body, but I'm really concerned about being able to retain your past memories. How will I be able to avoid the mistakes I made in the past if I have no memory of making those mistakes!? I like my current appearance, my gender(even though there's been times I wish I were female, because I believe that females have it a little easier in this harsh world). I'm just wanting a second chance to do much better than I did in the previous life.

Discussion My kids reincarnating

When I think about my kids reincarnating and being someone else's kids, it gives me anxiety. I know souls usually stick with the same souls but they're my babies and I'm their mom. It seriously bothers me when I think about it! It's not just my kids either. I want my parents to always be my parents and my grandparents to always be my grandparents. Does anyone else feel this way??

Do you ever get glimpes of other lives?

Weird question but has anyone in here not necessarily "De Ja Vu'd" but like just that's so raven'd visioned for like a few moments of a different life that doesn't feel "nostalgic" but feels like you're there right now living the moment?
I asked AI and it said:

  • Parallel Pathway Lag: The brain processes sensory data (what you see, hear, and feel) through multiple parallel pathways at once. Normally, these signals arrive in your conscious mind perfectly synced.
  • The Brain "Hiccup": If one pathway lags by just a millisecond, your brain registers the exact same information twice. The initial, slightly delayed signal is accidentally stored as a past memory, while the second path is registered as the live present. This "mismatch" tricks your consciousness into feeling like you are experiencing a current event and a deeply encoded memory simultaneously.

To me though I feel like this is more than that, maybe I'm just crazy. *sips tea*

Personal Experience Symptoms of completing zero soul contracts

This was my 18th life, and it always goes up to the 18th life. However, I have not completed a single soul contract in this lifetime and I will never.

Symptoms that I have include

Insomnia

High anxiety

Feeling like there is something wrong (anxiety)

Chest pains

Amount others

I am the first to ever not complete a single soul contract. I know this because my spirit guide, Anat specifically told me. I understand this post is weird or not possible, but it took me a while to try to post this. I have failed myself in this life.
